Abstract

Autores Bakalaura darba tēma ir ķirurģisko aprūpes māsu motivācija tālākizglītības ieguvei Latvijā. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka Latvijā pieaug māsu skaits ar augstāko izglītību, par ko liecina centrālās statistikas (CSP) jaunākā informācija. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot ķirurģisko aprūpes māsu motivāciju tālākizglītības ieguvei Latvijā. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir Apskatīt un izanalizēt informācijas avotus par motivāciju, tālākizglītību. Veikt literatūras analīzi par Imogene King Sistēmu struktūra un “mērķa sasniegšanas teoriju” un saistīt šo teoriju ar savu bakalaura darbu. Sastādīt intervijas jautājumus. Atlasīt respondentu grupu, intervēt respondentus. Apkopot iegūtos rezultātus un veikt to analīzi. Izdarīt secinājumus. Kā pētniecības instruments tiks izmantota strukturēta intervija. Pētījuma metode – kvalitatīvā. Pētījuma bāze – X mācību iestāde. Pētījuma respondenti – 10 ķirurģiskās aprūpes māsas Tika veikta intervijas datu analīze un veikti secinājumi

The theme of the author’s bachelor thesis is surgical care nurse motivation to get further education in Latvia. The theme has been chosen, because there has been an increase in surgical nurses with higher education in Latvia. It has been proven by the latest information of Central Statistical Bureau (CSP). The aim of the thesis is to identify motivations why surgical nurses undertake further study in Latvia. The research tasks are reviewing literature about motivations and further studies, analysing Imogene King’s Theory of Goal Attainment, concepts of system and linking the theory with this project. Also, tasks include making interview questions, selecting respondents and interviewing them, gathering data and analysing results. A qualitative research was used in this thesis. The applied method was structured interview. The research took place in X learning institute. 10 surgical nurses were interviewed. Analysis of the interviews and conclusions were made.
