Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma-„Jaundzimušo bērnu aprūpe ar stomu jaundzimušo intensīvās terapijas nodaļā”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka - Katru gadu simtiem jaundzimušajiem ir izveidota stoma. Parasti kā rezultātā iedzimta anomālija, traucējumi resnajā zarnā, zarnu nosprostojumi vai ānusa atrēzija. Jaundzimušajiem ar stomu un piemērotu ārstēšanu ir palielinājusies iespēja izdzīvot no 60-80%. Pētījuma mērķis noskaidrot, kāda ir jaundzimušo bērnu aprūpe ar stomu jaundzimušo intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir: 1.Apkopot zinātniskajā literatūrā atrodamos pētījumus un statistikas datus par stomu aprūpi jaundzimušajiem; 2.Analizēt D. Oremas teoriju saistībā ar bakalaura darba tēmu 3.Pētījuma instrumenta izstrāde; 4.Pētījuma veikšana- anketēšana; 5.Iegūto datu apkopošana un apstrāde; 6.Izstrādāt secinājumus. Izvirzītā hipotēze- Intensīvās terapijas māsām ir nepietiekamas zināšanas par savlaicīgu stomas nomaiņu jaundzimušajiem un pareizu stomas aprūpes veikšanu un aseptikas pasākumu ievērošanu. Pētījuma instruments: aptaujas anketa, kas sastāv no 12 jautājumiem. Pētījumā tika izmantota kvantitatīvā metode- strukturēta anketēšana. Pētījuma daļā tika veikta respondentu anketēšana, lai iegūtu informāciju par māsu zināšanām stomas aprūpē jaundzimušajiem. Pētījumā piedalījās 70 respondenti, jeb bērnu aprūpes māsas. Veiktie teorētiskie un praktiskie pētījumi ļāva izstrādāt secinājumus, ka māsām ir nepietiekamas zināšanas par savlaicīgu stomas nomaiņu jaundzimušajiem un pareizu stomas aprūpes veikšanu un aseptikas pasākumu ievērošanu. With appropriate treatment, chances of survival for newborns with a stoma have increased to 60-80%. The aim of the study is to find out what is a newborn baby with a stoma care in a neonatal intensive care unit like. Research tasks: 1. to collect scientific literature, research findings and statistics on stoma care for newborns; 2. to analyse D.Orem’s theory in connection with the thesis subject; 3. to develop research tool; 4. to carry out a survey; 5. to collect and process the resulting data; 6. to draw conclusions. The hypothesis - Intensive care nurses have insufficient knowledge regarding the timely replacement of ostomy for newborns and proper conduct of ostomy care, as well as aseptic measures that must be complied with. Research tool: a questionnaire consisting of 12 questions. The study used quantitative method- a structured questionnaire. Part of the study was carried out surveying respondents in order to obtain information on nursing knowledge on ostomy care for newborns. The study was carried out on 70 respondents, child-care nurses. Theoretical and practical studies carried out made it possible to come to conclusion that nurses have insufficient knowledge about the timely replacement of ostomy for newborns and proper conduct of ostomy care, as well as aseptic measures that must be complied with.
