Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēmas nosaukums ir ‘’ Jaundzimušo aprūpe ārstnieciskās hipotermijas laikā intensīvās terapijas nodaļā’’. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka jaunās tehnoloģijas, kuras tiek pielietotas pacientu ārstēšanā, kas spēj samazināt risku veidoties smadzeņu bojājumiem. Katru gadu, pateicoties šīm modernajām tehnoloģijām, tiek izglābts kāds jaundzimušais. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot jaundzimušo aprūpi ārstnieciskās hipotermijas laikā. Pētījuma uzdevumi: apkopot un analizēt iegūto literatūru saistībā ar jaundzimušo pacientu aprūpi, kuriem tiek pielietota ārstnieciskās hipotermijas metode intensīvas terapijas nodaļā; analizēt B. Ņūmenas teoriju saistībā ar bakalaura darba tēmu; izstrādāt pētniecības instrumentu- interviju; veikt pilotpētījumu un pētījumu; apkopot un analizēt iegūtos datus; izstrādāt secinājumus. Pētījuma darba jautājums- Kāda ir jaundzimušo aprūpe ārstnieciskās hipotermijas laikā jaundzimušo intensīvās terapijas nodaļā? Pētījumā noskaidrots, ka aprūpe ir ļoti intensīva un laikietilpīga kā arī tā liek pie sevis piesaistīt vairākus cilvēkus, lai spētu precīzi izsekotu līdzi pacienta vitālajiem rādītājiem un ķermeņa temperatūrai. Uz pētījuma jautājumu atbild 6,7,8,9,10,11 jautājums.

Theme of Bachelor’s research ‘’ 'Using Therapeutic Hypothermia as a treatment in infant care’’. Important part of the paper is modern technologies that are used to aid the treatments. These technologies are important as they help to reduced risk of brain damage. Thanks to them every year it is possible to save more infants. The target for the paper is to find out about infant care during therapeutic hypothermia. Tasks for the research: Research and analyze literature related to infant care that undergo therapeutic hypothermia treatment. Analyze B. Ņūmenas theory that is related to the topic. Develop research tool – interview; conduct study; assemble and analyze collected data; summarize the outcome of the interview. The question - How is the infant care during therapeutic hypothermia treatment? During the study it was concluded that the care is very intensive and time consuming. The treatment requires multiple persons to follow patient's vital measurements and body temperature. Question 6,7,8,9,10 and 11 answers the questions of research.
