Onkoloģisko pacientu motivēšana rehabilitācijai internajā aprūpē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – onkoloģisko pacientu motivēšana rehabilitācijai internajā aprūpē. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka māsas profesionālo lomu maiņa mūsdienu multidisciplinārās komandas darbā, kurā arvien lielāka nozīme ir māsas pedagoģiskajai darbībai. Darba mērķis – noskaidrot onkoloģisko pacientu subjektīvo viedokli par motivāciju rehabilitācijai internajā aprūpē. Pētniecības uzdevumi: 1.Analizēt literatūru par onkoloģisko pacientu rehabilitāciju, motivēšanu un rehabilitācijas māsas koordinācijas darba organizēšanu; 2.Izstrādāt pētniecības instrumentu – anketu; 3.Veikt respondentu atlasi; 4.Analizēt un apstrādāt pētījumā iegūtos datus; 5.Izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus. Izvirzītā hipotēze: onkoloģisko pacientu pamatvajadzību nodrošināšana veicina onkoloģisko pacientu motivāciju rehabilitācijai internajā aprūpē. Pētniecības instruments: aptaujas anketa. Pētniecības metode – kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode. Pētījuma hipotēze ir apstiprinājusies daļēji, taču tikai un vienīgi pamatvajadzību nodrošināšana nav ļoti efektīva, ir nepieciešama sistēmiska pieeja. The main topic of the Bachelor thesis – motivating oncological patients in rehabilitation during general (internal) medical care process. Topicality of the thesis is based on the change of the nurse’s professional role in the work of contemporary multidisciplinary team, where educational action plays an increasingly important role. Aim of the thesis – to clarify the subjective position of oncological patients on the motivation in rehabilitation during general medical care process. Tasks of the research: 1.Analyse literature about rehabilitation and motivating of oncological patients as well as organization of coordination work in rehabilitation nursing; 2.Develop research tool – questionnaire; 3.Select respondents; 4.Analyse and elaborate the collected data; 5.Draw conclusions and make proposals. Hypothesis: Ensuring basic human needs of oncological patients contribute to the motivation for rehabilitation during general medical care process. Research tool: questionnaire. Research method – quantitative research method. Hypothesis has been confirmed partly, because ensuring basic human needs only is not very effective, there is a need for systematic approach as well.
