Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: ”Aprūpe pacientiem ar alkohola atkarību”. Autore izpētīja ar alkoholu atkarīgo pacientu aprūpi un ar to saistīto specifiku ambulatorajā praksē. Bakalaura darbā autore teorētiski analizēja alkohola atkarības medicīniskos aspektus un raksturoja māszinību teoriju saistībā ar aprūpi pacientiem ar alkohola atkarību. Praktiskajā daļā autore izpētīja ar alkoholu atkarīgo pacientu veselības aprūpes specifiku ambulatorajā praksē un noskaidroja ambulatorās aprūpes māsu viedokļus par jomām, kurās nepieciešami uzlabojumi. Bakalaura darba noslēgumā autore izstrādāja secinājumus un priekšlikumus ar alkoholu atkarīgo pacientu aprūpes uzlabošanai un pilnveidei ambulatorajā praksē. Pētījumā izmantota - zinātniskās literatūras analīze, kvantitatīvā pētījumu metode. Datu statistiska apstrāde un grafiku izveidošana. Pētniecības hipotēze: ambulatorajā praksē ar alkoholu atkarīgu pacientu aprūpe būs efektīvāka, ja māsas būs izglītotas par darba specifiku ar atkarīgiem pacientiem, ir apstiprinājusies. Theme of the Bachelor’s paper: ‘’Care for patients with alcohol addiction’’. The author have researched the care for patients who suffer from alcohol addiction and related specifics of ambulatory care practice. In the Bachelor’s paper the author have theoreticaly analysed medical aspects of alcohol addiction and characterized nursing theory related to the care for patients with alcohol addiction. In the practical part, the author have researched the specifics of health care for patients with alcohol addiction in out-patient practice and found out the opinions of nurses working in the ambulatory care about the areas where improvement is needed. In conclusion, the author have made conclusions and proposals for the improvement of care for patients with alcohol addiction in ambulatory care practice. The analysis of scientific literature, qantitaive research method, statistical data processing and creation of charts were used during the research. Research hypothesis is confirmed: In ambulatory care practise, care for patients with alcohol adiction will be more effective if nurses will be educated on working specifics with addicted patients.
