Eiropas Savienības dezintegrāciju veicinošie nosacījumi

Abstract

Maģistra darbā “Eiropas Savienības dezintegrāciju veicinošie nosacījumi” ir pētīts, kādi nosacījumi veicina ES dezintegrāciju un šī darba mērķis ir izveidot gan teorētiski, gan empīriski pamatotu ES dezintegrāciju veicinošu nosacījumu apkopojumu. Darbā ir definēta ES dezintegrācija kā integrācijā ietilpstošs pretējs process un apkopotas svarīgākās atziņas no līdzšinējiem dezintegrācijas pētījumiem. Lai iegūtu nosacījumus, autore ir analizējusi Eiropas integrācijas teorijas, konstatējusi tajās ietvertos integrācijas nosacījumus un aplūkojusi tos no otras puses. Pēc tam autore ir analizējusi par ES līgumiem rīkotus referendumus ar negatīvu iznākumu un ieguvusi nosacījumus, ko salīdzinājusi ar iepriekš formulētajiem. Rezultātā autore secinājusi, ka ES institūciju neveiksmīga darbība dezintegrāciju ietekmē lielākā mērā nekā citi nosacījumi.

Master’s thesis “Conditions affecting disintegration of European Union” studies what conditions affect the disintegration of EU and the aim is to create a set of theoretically and empirically valid conditions. At first, the disintegration of EU is defined as in integration included opposite process, then there are summarized the main lessons from previous studies of disintegration. In order to frame conditions author has analyzed the theories of European integration, recognized conditions of integration included and turned them upside-down. Then author has analyzed referendums on EU treaties with negative outcome and recognized conditions, which then compared to previously formulated. The conclusion is that poor performance of EU’s institutions affects disintegration more than other conditions.
