Aizbildņu profils Latvijā

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir „Aizbildņu profils Latvijā”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot aizbildņu profilu Latvijā un identificēt iespējamos riskus dažādās aizbildņu ģimeņu sistēmās atkarībā no aizbildņa radniecības pret bērnu – aizbildņu vecvecāku, radinieku un aizbildņu svešu personu ģimenēs. Darba teorētisko ietvaru veido ģimeņu sistēmu teorija, strukturālais ģimenes sistēmas modelis, Bovena modelis un pētījumi par aizbildņiem. Empīriskajā pētījumā izmantots jaukto pētījumu dizains – aizbildņu anketēšana un daļēji strukturētās intervijas ekspertiem. Pētījums atklāj, ka iespējamie riski aizbildņu vecvecāku, radinieku un svešu personu ģimeņu sistēmās atšķiras. Galvenie riski ir saistīti ar pašu aizbildņu profilu, attiecībām ar bērna bioloģiskajiem vecākiem, bērna drošību un nepietiekamu sociālo atbalstu

Master's thesis: "Kinship profile in Latvia." The aim of the master thesis is to find and describe the kinship profile in Latvia and identify potential risks in different kinship family systems, depending on the relationship of a kinship caregiver regarding to child - , grandparents, relatives and non – relative care givers. The theoretical framework of master thesis is based in family systems theory, structural family system model, Boven model and research of the kinships. Mixed research design is used in empirical research– guestionaires for kinship caregivers and semi-structured interviews for experts. Results indicate that there are different risks in grandparents, other relatives or non-relative families. The main identified risks are profile of kinship caregivers, relationship with parents, safety of children and lack of social support.
