Darba kultūras pilnveidošana 6-7 gadus veciem bērniem pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē

Abstract

Pirmsskolas vecuma bērns tiek audzināts darbā, un darba procesā viņš apgūst zināmu darba kultūru. Ikdienas steigā un aizņemtībā pieaugušie bieži vien apzināti necenšas bērniem mācīt zināmu darba kultūru, kas rādītu piemēru, kā ir jāatstāj vide aiz sevis, kad esi pabeidzis darboties tajā. Pētījuma problēma ir darba kultūras nepietiekama veicināšana ikdienā 6-7 gadus veciem bērniem. Veiktā pētījuma mērķis ir apzināt un sekmēt 6-7 gadus vecu bērnu darba kultūras veidošanos pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē. Pētījuma procesā tik meklēta atbilde uz jautājumu “kā sekmējama darba kultūras pilnveidošana 6-7 gadus veciem bērniem pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē?”. Darba rezultātā ir izstrādāti priekšlikumi ieteikumu formā gan vecākiem, gan pirmsskolas pedagogiem, kā sekmīgāk veicināt 6-7 gadus vecu bērnu darba kultūras pilnveidošanu un attīstīšanu.

Aim of the study is to identify and promote the 6-7-year-old children working culture in the pre-school education. In the research process is searched answer to question "how to promote the development of work culture improvement of 6-7-year-old children of pre-school education?". Result of the work has developed proposals in the form of recommendations for both parents and preschool teachers, how better to encourage 6-7-year-old children's work culture improvement and development.
