Priekšlaicīgi dzimušu bērnu aprūpe stacionārā

Abstract

A N O T Ā C I J A Bakalaura darba tēma- Priekšlaicīgi dzimušu bērnu aprūpe stacionārā. Šī tēma ir aktuāla, jo ik gadu pasaulē nāk 15 miljoni bērni, no kuriem vismaz viens no 10 jaundzimušajiem piedzimst pirms laika. Savukārt Latvijā apmēram 1000 bērni piedzimst pirms noteiktajā laika. Tas ir 5,2 – 6,4% no kopējā bērnu skaita. Darbs tika veikts ar mērķi- Neiznēsātu bērnu un bērnu ar mazu svaru barošanas teorētisko un praktisko jautājumu pētīšana. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir izpētīt un apkopot zinātnisko literatūru par priekšlaikus dzimuša bērna barošanu. Analizēt Virdžīnijas Aveneles Hendersones (Virginia Avenel Henderson) māszinību teoriju balstītu vajadzībās. Analizēt Džona Boulbija teoriju balstītu pieķeršanās. Tika izvirzīta hipotēze – Bērnu aprūpes māsas aktīva līdzdalība neiznēsāta bērna pareizā barošanā un aprūpē labvēlīgi ietekmē bērnu un viņa attīstību. Pētnieciskajs darbs sastāv no divām daļām teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas. Teorētiskajā daļā ir apskatītas priekšlaikus dzimuša bērna anatomiskas un fizioloģiskās īpatnības, barošanas metodes un problēmas, barojot priekšlaicīgi dzimušo bernu. Praktiskajā daļā tika veikta bērnu aprūpes māsas un pacienta vēcaku aptauja. Par pētījuma metodēm tika izmantotas: kvantitatīvā metode ar instrumentu – anketa. Ar anketēšanu tika ievākti demogrāfiskie dati un tika gūts priekšstats par bērnu aprūpes māsas līdzdalību bērna aprūpe un barošana, un vecāku zinašanas un viedokli par bērnu barošanu un aprūpi. Praktiskajā daļā apkopoti pētījuma rezultāti, kā arī veikta šo rezultātu analīze. Pētniecības izvirzītā hipotēze apstiprinājusies. Atslēgas vārdi- priekšlaicīgi dzimušais berns, aprūpe, barošana.

Bachelor's thesis - In-patient care of premature born children. This theme is relevant as every year 15 million children are born, of which at least one of the 10 newborns is born before time. In turn about 1,000 children are born before the specified time in Latvia. This represents 5,2 to 6,4% of the total number of children. The work has been done with the aim of – Research of theoretical and practical issues of premature born children and children with low weight feeding. To analyze John Bowlby’ sattachment theory. The hypothesis is set – Active participation of child care nurses in premature born children proper feeding and care has a positive impact on the child and his development. The work consists of two parts: theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with anatomical and physiological characteristics of prematurely born children, feeding methods and problems while feeding premature babies. In the practical part child care nurses and patients’ parents surveywas carried out. The quantitative method with a tool - questionnaire - was used as the research method. With the questionnaire help demographic data were collected, and the concept of a child care nurse participation in child care and feeding as well as parental knowledge and views on child feeding and care were obtained. The practical part contains the results of the study, as well as results’ analysis was carried out. Research hypothesis was confirmed. Keywords - premature born child, care, feeding
