3-5 gadus vecu bērnu vecāku priekštati par māsas lomu viņu bērnu aprūpē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir 3-5 gadus vecu bērnu vecāku priekšstati par māsu lomu viņu bērnu aprūpē. Šīs tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka pēdējo 5 gadu laikā šāda veida pētījums nav veikts, kā arī tas, ka priekšstati par medicīnisko aprūpi, māsu lomām un to veiktajām darbībām katram no 3-5 gadus vecu bērnu vecākiem var būt dažādi. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kādi ir 3-5 gadus vecu bērnu vecāku priekšstati par māsu lomu viņu bērnu aprūpē. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir- teorētiskās literatūras analīze par 3-5 gadus vecu bērnu aprūpi un P. Benneres māszinību teorijas analīze; pētījuma instrumenta izstrāde; respondentu izlase un pētījuma organizēšana; pētījuma veikšana un analīze, secinājumu izdarīšana. Darbā izvirzītā hipotēze: 3-5 gadus vecu bērnu vecāki uzskata, ka galvenā māsas loma ir medicīnisko manipulāciju veicēja, vienlaikus veicot vecāku izglītošanu. Pētniecības metode ir kvantitatīvā metode- respondentu anketēšana, pētniecības instruments- anketa. Iegūtie rezultāti parāda, ka šajā pētījumā izvirzītā hipotēze ir apstiprinājusies daļēji- vecāki uzskata, ka māsas galvenā loma ir manipulāciju veicēja, vienlaikus veicot komunikāciju( ar bērnu, vecākiem) un vecāku konsultēšanu, nevis izglītošanu, kā to, uzsāko savu pētniecību, bija izvirzījusi darba autore. Topic of current dissertation is : "Concepts held by parents of children aged 3-5 about the role of a nurse in care of their children" The fact that for the last 5 years there has been no such research done in the field and that the parents with 3 - 5 year old children have mixed views about medical care, the role of the nurses and procedure done by the nurses, gives topicality to this work. The aim here is to find out what are the parents of 3 - 5 year old children views about the roles of a nurses in care of their children. The research objectives are - analyzing theoretical literature about care of 3-5 year old children and analysis of P. Bennere's nursing theory; the design of research instruments; sampling of respondents and research organisation; conducting the study and analysis; forming conclusions. The raised hypothesis is: Parents of 3-5 year old children assume that the main role of the nurses is performing medical manipulations and at the same time educating parents. Research method is quantitative method - surveying respondents, research instrument – form. The results shows the hypothesis to be partly confirmed - parents believe the main role of the nurses to be performing manipulations, at the same time practicing communication (with child, parents) and consulting parents, not educating as it was assumed by the author of the dissertation Key words: conceptions, the roles of the nurses, parents of 3 - 5 year old children, care of the children, performing manipulations, communication.
