Pētījuma „Sociālā funkcionēšana pēc aortas vārstuļa protezēšanas vēlīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā” mērķis ir izpētīt sociālo funkcionēšanu pēc aortas vārstuļa protezēšanas vēlīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā un noteikt baiļu iespējamo ietekmi sociālās funkcionēšanas rādītājos. Kvantitatīvā pētījuma rezultātā hipotēzes tiek galvenokārt apstiprinātas. Iegūtie dati raksturo fizisko un emocionālo pašsajūtu, attiecības ar līdzcilvēkiem un dzīvesveidu pēc aortas vārstuļa protezēšanas, kā arī baiļu ietekmi uz šiem rādītājiem. Tiek secināts, ka ir nepieciešama pacientu izglītošana pēc operācijas un pirmspensijas vecums ir kritiskākā vecuma grupa, kurai ir problēmas ar kaitīgo ieradumu praktizēšanu un atgriešanos darba tirgū pēc operācijas. The aim of the study „Social functioning in the late postoperative period after aoertic valve replacement” is to explore the social functioning in the late postoperative period after aortic valve replacement and identify the fear impact on social functioning indicators. At the end of quantitative study the hypothesis are mainly confirmed. The data characterize physical and emotional well-being, relationship, the life style after aortic valve replacement surgery, and the fear impact on these indicators. The main conclusions are that there is a need for patients education after heart surgery and pre-retirement age group is the most critical age group who has problems with bad habits and return to work after aortic valve surgery.
