Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats: „Darba aizsardzības sistēmas un psihoemocionālās darba vides izvērtējums un tā pilnveides iespējas SIA „Ozolnieku KSDU””. Darba autore: Zane Šauva. Pētījuma mērķis: ir izpētīt darba aizsardzības sistēmas un psihoemocionālos darba vides teorētiskos un praktiskos aspektus, lai pilnveidotu SIA „Ozolnieku KSDU” darbu. Atslēgas vārdi: darba aizsardzības sistēma, psihoemocionālā darba vide, kaitīgie darba vides faktori. Darbā autore apkopo teorētiķu atzinumus un normatīvo aktu prasības par darba aizsardzības sistēmas pamatelementiem un psihoemocionālās darba vides ietekmējošajiem faktoriem. Empīriskajā daļā tiek veikts pētījums par darba aizsardzības sistēmas un psihoemocionālās darba vides vērtējumu SIA „Ozolnieku KSDU” un tika iegūta informācija par starptautiska uzņēmuma SIA „Storaenso Packaging” darba aizsardzības procedūrām un psihoemocionālās darba vides uzlabošanas iespējām. Finālā tika veikts abu pētāmo uzņēmumu salīdzinājums. Iegūtie rezultāti liek secināt, ka SIA „Ozolnieku KSDU” ir jāpilnveido darba aizsardzības sistēma un psihoemocionālā darba vide, palielinot vadības un darbinieku iesaisti darba aizsardzībā. Darba aizsardzības sistēmu un psihoemocionālo darba vidi var uzlabot, izmantojot rīkus, kas var neprasīt finanšu ieguldījumu – tā ir droša attieksme, darba devēja un darbinieka sadarbība un uzņēmuma procesu sakārtotība. Darbs sastāv no 57 lpp., 10 attēliem, 3 tabulām, 2 pielikumiem, 11 secinājumiem un 11 priekšlikumiem, 20 literatūras avotiem.

The author of the work summarizes the theoretical opinions and requirements of law on basic elements of Occupational Health and Safety system and psycho-emotional factors influencing the working environment. In the empirical part a study is carried out on the assessment of the Occupational Health and Safety system and the psycho-emotional work environment at SIA Ozolnieku KSDU and information about the Safety procedures and the possibilities for improving the psychological working environment of the international company SIA "Storaenso Packaging". At the end both companies were compared. The obtained results suggest that SIA Ozolnieki KSDU needs to improve Occupational Health and Safety system and the psycho-emotional working environment, increasing management and employee involvement in Safety. The Occupational Health and Safety System and the psycho-emotional working environment can be improved by using tools that may not require a financial contribution: it is a safe approach, the employer and the employee's cooperation and the organization of the company's processes. The work consists of 57 pages, 10 pictures, 3 tables, 2 annexes, 11 conclusions and 11 proposals, 20 literature sources.
