Abstract

Bakalaura darba autors: Juris Kravinskis Darba vadītāja: Dr.oec. Sarmīte Jēgere Bakalaura darba tēma: Jaunas ražošanas iekārtas ieviešana metālapstrādes uzņēmumā SIA "LANOS" Pētījuma mērķis: pētīt uzņēmuma stratēģiskās vadības un ražošanas procesu nodrošināšanas pasākumu teorētiskos aspektus, analizēt SIA “LANOS” darbību un izstrādāt priekšlikumus jaunas iekārtas ieviešanai uzņēmumā. Pētījuma jautājums: vai uzņēmums ir spējīgs ieviest jaunu pulvera krāsošanas tehnoloģiju un piedāvāt klientiem šādu krāsošanas paņēmienu? Pētījuma uzdevumi: 1. Analizēt zinātnisko literatūru un informācijas avotus par stratēģisko vadību un jaunas ražošanas iekārtas ieviešanu 2. Veikt teorijas analīzi par uzņēmuma stratēģiskās vadības un ražošanas procesa vadības aspektiem. 3. Veikt SIA “LANOS” vispārējās darbības raksturojumu 4. Veikt praktiskus pētījumus par jaunas ražošanas iekārtas ieviešanu uzņēmumā 5. Apkopot pētījuma gaitā radušos secinājumus un izvirzīt priekšlikumus ražošanas procesa uzlabošanai SIA “LANOS”.
