Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats: „ Aprūpētā darba uzteikuma juridiskie un sociāli-psiholoģiskie aspekti Latvijā”. Rīga, Latvijas Universitāte, 2017. Darba autore: Viola Čeremisina. Pētījuma mērķis: ir izpētīt aprūpētā darba uzteikuma tiesiskos un sociālpsiholoģiskos aspektus teorijā un Latvijas uzņēmumu praksē. Atslēgas vārdi: ADU, aprūpētais darba uzteikums, pārmaiņu vadība, kolektīvā atlaišana, darbinieku skaita samazināšana, atbrīvošana no darba. Bakalaura darbā autore analizē teorētiskās literatūras avotus un praktisko pētījumu rezultātus par Aprūpētā darba uzteikuma lietošanu Latvijā un citās valstīs un tā plašākās lietošanas iespējām Latvijā. Pētījuma teorētiskajā daļā autore pētīja Aprūpētā darba uzteikuma kā darba attiecību pārtraukšanas veida vēsturi, tā lietošanas pieredzi pasaulē, Latvijas darba attiecību regulējušo likumdošanu un pasaulē veiktus pētījumus par darba zaudēšanas un bezdarba ietekmi uz cilvēka psihi un sociālo dzīvi. Balstoties uz iegūto teorētisko bāzi, autore izstrādāja intervijas jautājumu kopu, ar kuru palīdzību ieguva informāciju par Aprūpētā darba uzteikuma lietošanas pieredzi Latvijā, kā arī divas anketaptaujas – darba devēju un darbinieku, ar kuru palīdzību ieguva papildus informāciju un noskaidroja tendences iespējamai Aprūpētā darba uzteikuma lietošanas attīstībai Latvijā. Balstoties uz iegūtiem datiem darba autore izdarīja secinājumus par šī brīža Latvijas Republikas likumdošanā esošiem normatīviem aktiem, kas regulē Aprūpētā darba uzteikuma lietošanu, darbinieku un darba devēju attieksmi pret to un izstrādāja priekšlikumus tā popularizēšanai Latvijā. Darba kopējais apjoms ir 60 lapaspuses, tajā skaitā 15 attēli, 1 tabula, 3 pielikumi, 12 secinājumi, 4 priekšlikumi, 24 avoti (no tiem 20 uzskatīti literatūras un avotu sarakstā un 4 noformēti kā atsauces).

The subject of the Bachelor's thesis: " Legal and socio-psychological aspects of Outplacement in Latvia"". Riga, University of Latvia, 2017. Author of work: Viola Ceresina. The aim of the research is to investigate the legal and socio-psychological aspects of the Outplacement in the theory and practice of companies in Latvia. Keywords: Outplacement, dismissal of work, change management, collective redundancy, reduction of number of employees, dismissal. The author of the Bachelor's thesis analyzes the sources of theoretical literature and the results of practical research on the use of Outplacement in Latvia and other countries and its wider use possibilities in Latvia. In the theoretical part of the research, the author studied the history of the Outplacement as a termination of employment, the experience of its use in the world, the legislation regulating the labor relations in Latvia, and the world researches on the impact of the loss of employment and unemployment on the human psyche and social life. Based on the obtained theoretical basis, the author developed a set of interview questions, which obtained information on the experience of using the Outplacement in Latvia, as well as two questionnaires - employers and employees, which obtained additional information and identified the trends for the possible development of the use of Outplacement in Latvia On the basis of the obtained data, the author of the thesis concluded on the current legislation of the Republic of Latvia regulating the use of the Outplacement, the treatment of employees and employers against it, and elaborated proposals for its popularization in Latvia. The total volume of the work consists of 60 pages, including 15 pictures, 1 table, 3 annexes, 12 conclusions, 4 proposals, 24 sources (of which 20 are in the list of literature and sources and 4 are presented as references).
