Dokumentu pārvaldības sistēmas nozīme organizācijas personālvadības procesos

Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Dokumentu pārvaldības sistēmas nozīme organizācijas personālvadības procesos” autore I.Miķelsone aplūkojusi dokumentu pārvaldības sistēmas nozīmi personālvadības būtiskākajos procesos. Bakalaura darba vadītāja: docente, Dr.sc.admin. Inta Kulberga. Bakalaura darbā ir analizēta dokumentu vadības sistēma un personāla dokumentu pārvaldība augstākās izglītības iestādē. Pētnieciskā darba ietvaros ir veikts empīriskai pētījums izglītības iestādē no 2015.-2017.gadam. Darbs ir aktuāls jebkurai organizācijai, kas nodrošina savas darbības dokumentēšanu atbilstoši Latvijas normatīvajiem aktiem. Darbā ir pamatots, ka dokumentu pārvaldības sistēma spēj būtiski uzlabot dokumentu un informācijas apriti, darba uzdevumu izpildi, lēmumu pieņemšanu, darba organizāciju kopumā. Bakalaura darba kopējais apjoms 90 lapas, darbs sastāv no 4 nodaļām, secinājumiem, priekšlikumiem un pielikumiem. Darbā ir ievietoti 13 attēli, 3 tabulas, 9 pielikumi kas papildina tekstā ievietoto informāciju. Bibliogrāfiskajā sarakstā ir 55 vienības. Darbā ir sniegta informācija par dokumentu pārvaldības sistēmas teorētiskajiem un tehniskajiem parametriem. Pētījuma laikā tika salīdzināts dokumentu aprites process pirms un pēc dokumentu pārvaldības sistēmas ieviešanas. Darbā izvirzītais mērķis ir sasniegts – ir pamatots, ka elektroniskā dokumentu aprite dokumentu pārvaldības sistēmā ir daudz efektīvāka personālvadības procesos, nekā papīra dokumentu organizācija. Darbā ir sniegti priekšlikumi par mūsdienīgas dokumentu pārvaldības sistēmas ieviešanas nepieciešamību efektīvākai personālvadības nodrošināšanai iestādē. The Bachelor's thesis "Document management system's significance in human resources management of an organization" author I.Mikelsone reviewed the role of the document management system in personnel management processes. The Bachelor's work leader: assistant professor, Dr.sc.admin. Inta Kulberga. The Bachelor's thesis analyzes the document management system and the management of personnel records at a higher education institution. Within the framework of the research work, an empirical study has been carried out at an educational institution from 2015 to 2017. The work is relevant to any organization that documents its activities in accordance with the regulatory framework of the Republic of Latvia. The thesis substantiates that the document management system can significantly improve the circulation of documents and information, the execution of tasks, decision-making, and the organization of work in general. The total volume of the bachelor thesis 90 pages, the work consists of 4 chapters, conclusions, proposals and annexes. The work contains 13 pictures, 3 tables, 9 appendices that supplement the information in the text. The bibliographic list has 55 items. The thesis provides information on the theoretical and technical parameters of the document management system. During the study the document circulation process was compared before and after the introduction of the document management system. The goal of the work has been achieved - it is justified that the electronic document circulation in the document management system is much more effective in personnel management processes than the organization of thesis documents. The thesis proposes the introduction of a modern document management system for more effective personnel management in the institution.
