Abstract
Maģistra darba “Karjeras vadība vispārizglītojošo skolu 8.-9. klašu skolēnu profesionālās pašnoteikšanās veicināšanai” mērķis ir noteikt, kā karjeras vadība uzlabos skolēnu profesionālo pašnoteikšanos. Maģistra darba pētījuma jautājums - veiksmīga karjeras izglītība veicina skolēnu pašnoteikšanos. Darba teorētisko daļu veido literatūras avotu analīze par karjeras izglītības vadību, izpēti, analīzi un rezultātiem. Praktiski pētnieciskajā daļā tika izpētīti karjeras izglītības veicināšanu ietekmējošo faktoru attīstīšana. Uz pētījuma bāzes tiek salīdzināti divu skolu karjeras izglītības rezultāti, kur vienā tiek īstenota karjeras izglītības programma un otrā netiek īstenota karjeras izglītības programma. Maģistra darba noslēguma daļā ir apkopoti pētījumā iegūtie rezultāti un sniegta atbilde uz izvirzīto pētījuma jautājumu un formulēti secinājumi. Master’s Paper “Career Management for the Promotion of professional Self-determination of General Education Students in Classes 8.-9.” is to determine how career guidance will improve student professional self-determination. The issue of the master thesis - successful career education promotes student self-determination. The theoretical part of the paper consists of analysis of literature sources on career guidance, research, analysis and outcomes. In the practical part, the development of factors influencing the promotion of career education was explored. On the basis of the study, the results of two schools of career education are compared, where one conducts a career education program and the other does not pursue a career education program. The final part of the Master's thesis summarizes the results obtained in the study and answers the raised research question and formulates the conclusions.
