Sociālais pedagogs kā atbalsta personāla speciālists pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē

Abstract

Andas Zaumanes maģistra darbā “Sociālais pedagogs kā atbalsta personāla speciālists pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē” veikta teorētisko avotu un esošās situācijas analīze par sociālā pedagoga darbību pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē. Maģistra darba aktualitāte saistīta ar atbalsta personāla pieprasījumu un augošo bērnu skaitu, kuri saskaras ar socializācijas problēmām. Teorētiskajā daļā raksturots pirmsskolas bērnu vecumposms, atbalsta personāls izglītības iestādē, sociālā pedagoga darba saturs pirmsskolā, kā arī sadarbības iespējas ar skolas atbalsta personālu, atbalsta pasākumu pēctecības veicināšanai. Empīriskajā pētījumā izmantotās metodes: intervēšana, anketēšana, kontentanalīze. Pētījums veikts pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē “Saimīte”. Atslēgvārdi: pirmsskolas izglītības iestāde, preventīvais darbs, sociālais pedagogs, atbalsta personāls.

Aim of Anda Zaumane’s Master’s thesis “Social pedagogue as support staff member in a pre-school” is to study theoretical information and research of the current status of a social pedagogue in a preschool. Master’s thesis is based on the high demand for support staff and increasing number of preschoolers who face various social challenges. Theoretical part of the Master’s thesis describes characteristics of the preschool age group, support staff, content of social pedagogue’s work and possible avenues of cooperation with the elementary school staff to ensure proper continuity of support measures. In the empirical research part the following methods were used – interview, questionnaire, and content analysis. Research was carried out at the preschool “Saimite”.
