Darba tiek pētīta pirmsskolas skolotāju darba ar imigrantiem un reemigrantiem bērniem. Darba izstrādei izmantoti galveni valsts MK noteikumi par izglītības Latvija un sabiedrības integrācijas politikas dokumenti, veiktas padziļinātās aptaujas un intervējas ar Latvijas pirmsskolas skolotājiem. Darba mērķis: Teorētiski un praktiski izpētīt skolotāju darba specifiku pii., ar imigrantu un reemigrantu bērniem un noskaidrot, kā imigranti un reemigranti bērni iekļaujas izglītības procesa. Darba strukturēts četras daļas. Teorētiskajā daļa aplūkotas imigrācijas un reemigrācija jēdziens skaidrojums un tā raksturojums. Tāpat ir apskatīti informācija par izglītojamo ar ārvalstu izglītības pieredzi un pēc kādiem noteikumiem imigrantu vai reemigrantu uzņem Latvijas vispārējas izglītības iestādē. Tālāk ir piedāvāts pārskats par imigrantu reemigrantu dažādās kultūras vajadzībās pirmsskolā. Visbeidzot tiek pētīts tas, kā skolotāji pēc sava pieredzi var palīdzēt imigrantu un reemigrantu bērniem integrēties sabiedrība. Kāda loma ir skolotājai, kad viņa sastopas ar imigrantu un reemigrantu bērniem. Darbā tika secināts, ka Latvija līdz galam nav izstrādāta sistēma, pēc kura skolotāja var palīdzēt imigrantu un reemigrantu bērniem integrēties izglītības sistēma. Darba izpētīti skolotājas darba metodes ar imigrantu un reemigrantu un visbiežāk sastopamas problēmas. The Paper explores the work of preschool teachers with the children of immigrants and re-emigrants. The regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers about education and integration policy were studied during the research. Moreover, there were questionnaires and interviews with Latvian preschool teachers carried out. The aim of the Paper is to study the work of preschool teachers with the children of immigrants and re-emigrants and find out how these children are included in the learning process. The Diploma Paper consists of four parts. The theoretical part of the Paper explores the terms of immigration and remigration. Besides, information about the learners with experience of studying in foreign countries was studied. The author also found out how immigrants or re-emigrants are accepted into educational institutions of Latvia. In addition, the cultural needs of immigrants and re-emigrants in preschool educational were studied. Finally, it was researched how teachers can help children of immigrants and re-emigrants to integrate into Latvian society. The author concluded that there is no fully developed system in Latvia that helps teachers to integrate children of immigrants and re-emigrants into the learning process. The Diploma Paper provides examples of the teaching methods of preschool teachers as well as the most frequently occurring problems.
