Vecākā pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu saskarsmes prasmju pilnveide pirmsskolas pedagoģiskajā procesā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma “Vecākā pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu saskarsmes prasmju pilnveide pirmsskolas pedagoģiskajā procesā”. Pētījuma aktualitāti noteica autores iepriekšējā darba pieredzē konstatētie novērojumi, kas sasaucas arī ar MK noteikumos Nr. 533 “Noteikumi par valsts pirmsskolas izglītības vadlīnijām” definēto pirmsskolas izglītības satura mērķi – veicināt bērna vispusīgu un harmonisku attīstību, ievērojot viņa attīstības likumsakarības un vajadzības, individuālajā un sabiedriskajā dzīvē nepieciešamās zināšanas, prasmes un attieksmes, tādējādi mērķtiecīgi nodrošinot bērnam iespēju sagatavoties pamatizglītības apguvei. Lai īstenotu šo mērķi, viens no pirmsskolas izglītības satura uzdevumiem ir sekmēt bērna saskarsmes prasmju attīstību. Pētījuma mērķis ir teorētiski un empīriski pētīt vecākā pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu saskarsmes prasmju pilnveidi pirmsskolas skolotāja un vecāku sadarbības procesā. Pētījums sastāv no divām daļām – teorētiskās un praktiskās. Teorētiskā daļā dots jēdziena “saskarsme” raksturojums dažādu autoru koncepcijās. Par teorētisko pamatu izmantoti L. Žukova, A. Ļubļinska, J. Kupča, A. Harčeva, S. Omarovas, A. Radugina, Ē. Fromma, G. Svences, D. Lieģinieces un citu autoru darbi. Tika pētīts saskarsmes jēdziena skaidrojums dažādu autoru darbos un tā kritēriju teorētiskais pamatojums. Sniegts pārskats par vecākā pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu saskarsmes prasmju raksturojumu un to pilnveides iespējām pirmsskolas pedagoģiskajā procesā. Darba praktiskajā daļā aprakstīts pētījuma metodoloģiskais pamats, sniegts pētāmās grupas raksturojums un pētījuma norises apraksts – bērnu vērošana un izjautāšana, pedagogu un vecāku anketēšana, vērojumu salīdzināšana, kā arī iegūto rezultātu analīze. Pētīta arī saskarsmes prasmju ietekme uz vecākā pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu attīstību. Pētījuma gaitā īstenota programma, kas vērsta uz pozitīvas saskarsmes pilnveidi starp bērniem, pedagogiem un bērnu vecākiem. Pēc veiktās bērnu vērošanas un aptaujas, kā arī, izanalizējot pētījuma rezultātus, var secināt, ka gandrīz visiem bērniem savstarpējās attiecībās gan ar vienaudžiem, gan pedagogiem un vecākiem tika novērots pozitīvs rezultāts. Papildus tam, pētījuma gaitā īstenotās programmas ietvaros iegūtie rezultāti apstiprina arī, ka vecākā pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu saskarsmes prasmes pilnveidojas un uzlabojas pirmsskolas skolotāja un vecāku sadarbības procesā. The topic of the Bachelor's degree thesis is "Improvement of the skills of communication of the oldest preschoolers in the preschool pedagogical process". The topicality of the research was determined by the findings of the author's previous work experience, which also coincides with objective of education content for preschool institutions (Regulations No. 533 "Regulations on Preschool Education Guidelines", Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia) - promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of a child, taking into account the developmental regularities and needs, the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for individual and social life, thereby aiming to provide the child with the opportunity prepare for basic education. In order to achieve this objective, one of the tasks of preschool education is to promote the development of child's communication skills. The aim of the research is to study, both theoretically and empirically the development of communication skills of the elder preschoolers in the process of cooperation between of preschool teacher and parents. The study consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part gives a perception of the concept "communication" in works of different authors. The publications of many authors were used as theoretical basis for this study. The explanation of the concept of “communication” and other criteria in the publications of various authors was studied. There is given an overview of the characteristics of the skills of communication between the older preschoolers and the possibilities for their improvement in the preschool pedagogical process. The practical part of the studies describes the methodological basis of the research, provides a description of the study group and the description of the study process, examines the impact of communication skills on the development of older preschool children. During the study, a program aimed to improve positive communication between children, teachers and parents has been implemented. It can be concluded that almost all children had a positive result in their mutual relations both with their peers and also with their teachers and parents. The results of the studies confirm that communication skills of the elder preschool children are improving if there are cooperation between the preschool teacher and their parents.
