Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Uzņēmuma SIA V.L.T. inovatīvās darbības attīstības virzieni”. Bakalaura darbs aplūko inovācijas problēmas un uzņēmuma SIA “V.L.T.” inovatīvās darbības iespējamos risinājumus tālākai attīstībai. Balstoties uz dažādiem avotiem un datu publikācijām, bakalaura darba autors izsaka secinājumus un priekšlikumus par aplūkotā uzņēmuma inovācijas iespējām gan raugoties no finansiālā stāvokļa, gan tirgus pieprasījuma, gan konkurentu draudiem. Pēdējo triju gadu bilances pārskata analīze palīdz izprast uzņēmuma vajadzības pēc attīstības un pārmaiņām.

The bachelor thesis’s topic is “Company SIA V.L.T. innovative directions of development of activity”. The bachelor looks problem of innovation and company SIA V.L.T. possible solution for innovation activities for further development. Based on various sources and data publications, the author of the bachelor conclusions and suggestions on the company innovation opportunities, both in terms of financial standing, market demand and the threat of competitors. The work outlines the theoretical aspects of innovation the must be taken into account by every innovative company trying to increase its competitiveness in the market. Both quantitive and qualitativ methods of analysis were applied to achieve the goal of the bachelor. Creating a bachelor work was interviewed the company production manager, in order to find out the company current state of closest objectives and difficulties with which is currently facing company. An analysis of the bachelor statemant over the last three years will help you to understand the company needs for development and change.
