Elektroenerģijas cenas veidošanās tirgū mājsaimniecībām Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz ekonomisko un statistisko datu, kā arī Latvijas politiskas plānošana dokumentu analīzi, izpētīt elektroenerģijas tirgus darbību Latvijā un cenu veidojošās sastāvdaļas mājsaimniecībām, kā arī sniegt priekšlikumus tā pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darba pirmajā nodaļā izpētīti tirgu veidi un cenas veidošanās teorētiskie aspekti. Darbā otrā nodaļā aplūkota Latvijas elektroenerģijas tirgus organizatoriskā struktūra, kā arī atbildīgie uzņēmumi un to darbība. Savukārt trešā nodaļā uzmanība tika veltīta tieši katras elektroenerģijas sastāvdaļas cenai, un tās aprēķināšanas kārtībai mājsaimniecībām Latvijā. Analīzes gaitā pastiprināta uzmanība tika veltīta Obligātā iepirkuma komponentei un ar to saistītām cenu izmaiņām.

The Bachelor paper’s goal is to study the energy market in Latvia and the electricity retail price components for households, based on the analysis of the economical and statistical data, as well as the state policy planning documentation and to put forward suggestions to improve it. Chapter 1 researches the different kinds of energy markets and the theoretical aspects of electricity price formation. Chapter 2 focuses on the organisational structure of the electricity market of Latvia as well as the operation of the companies involved. Chapter 3 pays particular attention to each component of the electricity price and the way it is calculated for the households of Latvia with an in-depth analysis of the mandatory procurement component and the related price fluctuations.
