Projekts: Uzņēmuma SIA "Enumero" izveide

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izstrādāt biznesa plānu jaundibinātam uzņēmumam. Maģistra darba veidošanas laikā autore izveidoja jaunu uzņēmumu, analizēja tirgus tendences, iespējamos konkurentus, mārketinga stratēģiju. Tika sastādīts finanšu plāns, izveidots naudas plūsmas pārskats, peļņas vai zaudējumu aprēķins un bilance trīs gadiem. Projekta ideja ir izveidot auto vizuālās apkopes pakalpojumu uzņēmumu SIA “ Enumero”, Rīgā, kas nodarbosies ar dažādu transporta līdzekļu detaļu atjaunošanu, individualizāciju un labošanu. Uzņēmuma galvenais uzdevums šajā laika posmā ir panākt konkurētspējīga uzņēmuma veidošanu nodrošinot – nepārtrauktu uzņēmuma darbības pilnveidošanu un tā vērtības paaugstināšanu. Lai arī cik pieejams mūsdienās ir auto – vairums cilvēku tas vairs nav tikai pārvietošanās līdzeklis. Transportlīdzeklis, tas ir personas individualitātes un stila atspulgs. Bieži auto parāda cilvēka sociālo stāvokli. Katrs cenšas izveidot savu stilu, kas izcelsies apkārtējā vidē. Izpētot Latvijā, īpaši Rīgā piedāvātos līdzīgus nozares pakalpojumus, autore secina, ka šāda servisa pakalpojumu piedāvājums ir ierobežots. Nav iespējams saņemt vienā vietā modernizētus, individuālus auto diskus un jaunu, individuāli pašūtu auto salonu. Tādēļ autore izlēma veidot uzņēmumu, kas nodarbosies ar auto vizuālo apkopi un individuālā stila pilnveidošanu. Plānotā uzņēmuma nosaukums ir izvēlēts “Enumero”, kas atbilsts visiem likuma nosacījumiem un ierobežojumiem, kā arī iepriekš nav reģistrēts uzņēmumu reģistrā. Šāds nosaukums ticis izvēlētos pamatojoties uz uzņēmējdarbības virzienu un to īpašnieku skatījumu uz darba kvalitāti. “Enumero” no latīņu valodas tulkojuma nozīmē “pievērst uzmanību sīkām detaļām” . Tā kā uzņēmuma galvenais darbības virziens galvenokārt ir piesaistīts detaļām, detaļu pārveidošanai un galvenais uzņēmuma mērķis ir izpildīt savu darbu kvalitatīvi, pievēršot uzmanību vissīkākajām detaļām, šāds nosaukums ir ļoti piemērots un atbilst uzņēmuma darbībai. Autorei nepieciešams bija izvēlēties ne tikai uzņēmuma nosaukumu, bet arī komercdarbības veidu, kā uzņēmums darbosies. Izanalizējot visas Latvijā iespējamās komercdarbības veidu formas, autore nonāca pie secinājuma, ka uzņēmums darbosies kā sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību ( SIA ) , jo šādam komercdarbības veidam piemīt vairākas priekšrocības - nav ierobežots apgrozījuma lielums , darbinieku skaits, pamatkapitāls ir neliels un to iespējams dibināt vairākiem cilvēkiem, kā arī par visām saistībām uzņēmuma īpašnieki atbild tikai ar pamatkapitālu. Uzņēmumu veidos divi īpašnieki, ģimenes locekļi, ieguldot vienādas naudas daļas pamatkapitālā, katrs 13'000EUR. Kopējā pamatkapitāla lielums sastādīs 26'000 EUR. Tāpat, lai iegādātos dažādus pamatlīdzekļus un veiksmīgi uzsāktu uzņēmējdarbību, tiks ņemts 12’000 EUR liels kredīts bankā, ar atmaksas termiņu 3 gadi un procentu likmi 4% gadā.

The aim of the master's thesis is to develop a business plan for a newly established company. During the creation of the master's thesis, the author created a new company, analyzed market trends, potential competitors, marketing strategy. A financial plan, a cash flow statement, a profit and loss statement and a three year balance sheet were drawn up. The idea of the project is to create an auto visual service company Enumero Ltd. in Riga, which will deal with the restoration, individualization and repair of various vehicle parts. The main task of the company during this period is to achieve the creation of a competitive company - continuous improvement of the company's operations and increase of its value. Whatever the vehicle is nowadays, most people are no longer just a means of transportation. A vehicle is a reflection of a person's individuality and style. Often cars show the social status of a person. Everyone is trying to create their own style, which will be in the environment. By studying similar sectoral services offered in Latvia in particular, the author concludes that the provision of such service services is limited. It's not possible to get upgraded, individual car discs and a new, self-contained car interior in one place. Therefore, the author decided to create a company that will deal with car visual maintenance and individual style improvement. Enumero has been selected as the intended company, which meets all the requirements and limitations of the law and has not previously been registered in the corporate register. This name has been chosen based on the direction of business and the view of their owners on the quality of work. "Enumero" from the Latin translation means "pay attention to small details". As the main activity of the company is mainly tied to details, the part of the transformation of the details and the main goal of the company is to carry out its work qualitatively, paying attention to the smallest details, this name is very suitable and corresponds to the company's operation. The author needed to choose not only the name of the company, but also the type of business that the company would operate. After analyzing all forms of possible business types in Latvia, the author came to the conclusion that the company will act as a limited liability company (SIA), because such a business has several advantages: there is no limited turnover, the number of employees, the share capital is small and it is possible to establish it for several people, as well as for all obligations, the owners of the company are responsible only with the share capital. The companies will be made up of two owners, family members, investing the same amount of money in the share capital, each 13'000EUR. The total share capital will amount to 26'000 EUR. Also, in order to purchase various fixed assets and successfully start a businesscompany will take credit in a bank with a repayment term of 3 years and an interest rate of 4% per annum.
