Kursa darba apjoms 36 lpp., 1.tabula, 5 pielikumi, 25 literatūras avoti. | |
dc.description.abstract | The aim of the study was to investigate the role of physical activity in acquiring social skills for 5-7 year olds. Physical activity contributes to the child's motor activity, the development of children's cognitive, social and emotional skills. Pre-school children should be physically active and develop independent interaction with others, they wish to get attention and praise. During the research work the observation of children in pre-school was carried out and author concludes that children are constantly in conflict with each other, they lack the ability to interact in socially approriate way. There is a need to organise specific activities to ensure development of social skills in order to improve the relationship and communication among children. Physical activity has a great potential to improve the children's communication needs and satisfy their need for exercise. Any game that is children's main activity includes physical activity, so it can be used as a successful teaching tool. The study consists of four sections - 3 theoretical and 1 empirical.
