Metodes un paņēmieni sākumskolas skolēnu uzmanības noturēšanai angļu valodas stundā

Abstract

Sākumskolas skolēnu neuzmanība ir viens no visbiežāk sastopamajiem disciplīnas, motivācijas un rezultātu trūkuma iemesliem. Tādēļ, diplomdarba autors ir izpētījis, kā dažādu stratēģiju izmantošana sākumskolā angļu valodas stundās var ietekmēt skolēnu uzmanību un interesi attiecībā uz mācību priekšmetu. Trīs nedēļu laikā tika veikta novērošana, lai pārbaudītu dažādo metožu efektivitāti, kas tika pielietotas angļu valodas stundas laikā Pētījuma metode ir gadījuma izpēte, kas iekļauj sevī aptaujas angļu valodas skolotājiem, interviju ar pieredzējušu skolotāju un piezīmēm, kas tika veiktas stundas laikā. Tika konstatēts, ka mainot metodes un veicot uzdevumus ne ilgāk par desmit minūtēm, tam ir pozitīva ietekme uz skolēnu līdzdalību, interesi un motivāciju, kā arī tiek radīta lielāka interese par mācību procesu. Šo diplomdarbu var izmantot kā vadlīnijas citiem skolotājiem, lai veidotu efektīvu stundas plānu, izmantojot dažādas metodes, lai pievērstu un uzturētu skolēnu uzmanību. Inattention of primary school students is one of the most common reasons for the lack of discipline, motivation and progress. Therefore, the author of the Diploma Paper has explored how the usage of various strategies in primary school during the English lessons can affect students’ attention and interest towards learning this subject. For three weeks, an observation was made in order to verify the effectiveness of various methods applied during the English lessons. The research method is a case study that involves the questionnaires to English teachers, the interview with an experienced teacher and the observation and notes made during the lessons. It was determined that varying the methods and having activities no longer than ten minutes affects the students’ involvement, interest and motivation, which result in a better attention during the lesson. This Paper can be used as a guideline for other teachers to compose an effective lesson plan by using various methods in order to get and sustain students’ attention. In addition, the Diploma Paper suggests an efficient rule of the time planning during the lesson as well as provides with different causes of students’ inattention.
