The purpose of the study was to find out whether there is a relationship between self-esteem, emotional intelligence and job satisfaction. The study interviewed 70 respondents aged 20 to 60 years. The study used three surveys: 1. Rosenberg self-esteem scale (Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, Rosenberg, 1965), 2.Emotional Intelligence scale (Schutte Self-Assessment Emotional Intelligence Test, Schutte, 1998, as Schutte, Malouff & Bhullar, 2009), 3.Satisfaction with job scale (Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS), Spector, 1985). Study hypothesis: "Higher self-esteem and emotional intelligence are associated with higher job satisfaction." The results show that there is a correlation between higher job satisfaction level and self-esteem, but not with emotional intelligence. There is also a correlation between emotional intelligence and self-esteem.
