Visa pasaule tagad pārdzīvo krīzi: ekonomiskā, politiskā, sociālā, kultūras un šajā sarakstā var droši pievienot krīzi attiecībās starp vīrieti un sievieti. Sievietes tiesiskais stāvoklis saglabā savu aktualitāti arī mūsdienās. Bakalaura darba pētīšanas mērķis analizēt sieviešu tiesību ģenēzi un evolūciju laika posmā no 19.gadsimta beigām līdz 1990.gadam. Lai sasniegtu šo mērķi, galvenie uzdevumi ir: analizēt tādas Latvijas laulību un ģimenes tiesības laika posmos no 19.-20.gadsimtam (Baltijas vietējo likumu kopojuma III daļu; Latvijas PSR laulības un ģimenes kodeksu; vecāku varas institūtu; ģimenes tiesības un pienākumus; laulības institūtu; laulāto mantiskās un personiskās attiecības); izpētīt sievietes kā meitas un sievas tiesisko stāvokli sabiedrībā, kā arī kristietības loma šajā jautājumā. Pētījuma temats saglabā savu aktualitāti arī mūsdienās un atklāj sieviešu tiesību evolūciju un attīstību. Autore izvirza domu, ka par dzimumvienlīdzību kā tādu var runāt sākot no 20.gadsimta 20.gadiem pēc Latvijas Republikas de facto neatkarības pasludināšanas. Padomju laikos sāka pastāvēt formālā dzimumvienlīdzība. The whole world now faces a crisis: economic, political, social, cultural, and this list can safely add a crisis in the relationship between man and woman. The legal status of a woman remains relevant even nowadays. The aim of the research of the Bachelor's work is to analyze the genesis and evolution of women's rights in the period from the end of the 19th century to 1990. To achieve this goal, the main tasks are to: analyze Latvian marriage and family law from the 19th to the 20th century (Part III of the Baltic Local Laws Act, the Latvian SSR Marriage and Family Code, the Parents' Institution, the rights and duties of the family, the marriage institute, spouses' property and personal relations); The Latvian SSR Marriage and Family Code; Parenthood Institute; family rights and obligations; the marriage institute; matrimonial property and personal relations); to study the legal position of a woman as a daughter and wife in society, as well as the role of criticism in this matter. The scourge topic remains relevant today and reveals the evolution and development of women's rights. The author raises the idea that gender equality can be spoken of as such from the 20th century. 20th anniversary of the de facto declaration of independence of the Republic of Latvia. In the Soviet era, formal gender equality began to exist.
