Tiesāšanās izdevumu regulējums Latvijas tiesību sistēmā

Abstract

Pētījumā apskatīts tiesāšanās izdevumu regulējums Latvijas tiesību sistēmā, izvērtējot tiesas izdevumu mērķus un to sasniegšanu, kā arī valsts nodevas apmēra noteikšanu un atbrīvošanu no tiesas izdevumu samaksas no taisnīguma aspekta un sabiedrības viedokļa. Pētījumā arī apskatīts jautājums par izdevumu advokātu palīdzības samaksai atlīdzināšanu tiesas procesa ietvaros. No pētījumā iegūtās informācijas noformulēti iespējamie risinājumi, lai efektivizētu tiesāšanās izdevumu regulējumu Latvijas tiesību sistēmā un uzlabotu sabiedrības attieksmi pret tiesu sistēmu.

The research is about the regulation of court costs in the legal system of Latvia, assessing the purpose of court fee and how the purpose of court costs is achieved, and also assessing the way how the amount of court fee ir determinated and exemption of payment of court costs from the point of view of justice and society. In the research also described the regulation about the way how the lawyers costs are compensated in the court proceedings. From the information given in the research are given sugestions how to make the regulation of court costs effective and how to improve the society’s trust in the court system of Latvia.
