Efektīvas iekšējās komunikācijas nozīme sadarbības nodrošināšanā Apes novada pašvaldībā

Abstract

Maģistra darba autore ir Liene Apine, pētījuma nosaukums „Efektīvas iekšējās komunikācijas nozīme sadarbības nodrošināšanā Apes novada pašvaldībā”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir pētīt efektīvas iekšējās komunikācijas nozīmi sadarbības nodrošināšanai Apes novada pašvaldībā. Lai sasniegtu maģistra darba mērķi, tika izvirzīti pētījuma uzdevumi: pamatojoties uz zinātnisko literatūru, veikt teorētisku iekšējas komunikācijas būtības veidu kā arī komunikācijas barjeru un atgriezeniskās saites raksturojumu. Pamatojoties uz normatīvajiem aktiem, zinātnisko literatūru un citiem informācijas avotiem, sniegt novadu pašvaldību vispārīgu raksturojumu. Veikt empīrisku pētījumu par iekšējo komunikāciju Apes novada pašvaldībā. Pamatojoties uz teorētisko bāzi un empīriskajā pētījumā iegūto rezultātu analīzi, izstrādāt priekšlikumus iekšējās komunikācijas uzlabošanai Apes novada pašvaldībā. Maģistra darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Pirmās nodaļas mērķis ir analizēt latviešu un ārvalstu autoru atziņas par iekšējās komunikācijas būtību un vietu organizācijā. Nodaļā tiks apskatīta komunikācijas procesu ietekme organizācijā, iekšējās komunikācijas veidi, virzieni un komunikācijas tīkli – to nozīme organizācijā. Kā arī tiks apskatīti iekšējās komunikācijas barjeru veidi un kā izvairīties no komunikācijas barjerām. Autore sīkāk apskatīs starppersonu komunikāciju – verbālo, mutisko, rakstisko, atgriezeniskās saites un iekšējās komunikācijas specifiku organizācijā. Otrajā nodaļā tiks sniegts novadu pašvaldību vispārīgs raksturojums: pašvaldības būtība, pašvaldību funkcijas, darbības virziens un attīstības tendences. Darba trešajā – empīriskajā daļā tiks aprakstīts pētījuma norises un pētījuma bāzes apraksts, pētījuma metožu un izvēles pamatojums un apraksts kā arī kvantitatīvā un kvalitatīvā pētījuma rezultātu analīze un interpretācija. Empīriskā pētījuma veikšanai autore izmantoja sekojošas pētījuma metodes: teorētiskās – zinātniskās literatūras un dokumentu analīze, empīriskās – kvantitatīvās un kvalitatīvās informācijas datu ieguves un analīzes metodes. Darbinieku anketēšana un strukturētās intervijas ar Apes novada izpilddirektoru, kancelejas vadītāju un sabiedrisko attiecību speciālisti. Pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātā iegūto informāciju, tika apkopoti secinājumi un izstrādāti priekšlikumi iekšējās komunikācijas uzlabošanai Apes novada pašvaldībā. Darbs sastāv no 69 lapām, 16 attēliem un 1 tabulas kā arī no 2 pielikumiem. Pētījumā ir izmantoti 51 literatūras un citi avoti. The aim of the master thesis is to study the importance of effective internal communication for ensuring cooperation in the municipality of Ape. In order to achieve the aim of the Master's thesis, the research tasks were set: based on scientific literature, to carry out theoretical form of the essence of internal communication as well as the characterization of the communication barrier and the feedback. On the basis of regulatory enactments, scientific literature and other sources of information, provide a general description of the local governments. Take an empirical study of internal communication in the municipality of Ape County. Based on the theoretical basis and analysis of the results obtained in the empirical research, to elaborate proposals for improvement of internal communication in the municipality of Apes. Master's thesis consists of three chapters. The purpose of the first chapter is to analyze the ideas of Latvian and foreign authors about the essence and place of internal communication in the organization. The chapter will discuss the impact of communication processes in the organization, the types of internal communication, directions and communication networks - their role in the organization. It will also examine the types of internal communication barriers and how to avoid communication barriers. The author will look at the specifics of interpersonal communication - verbal, oral, written, feedback and internal communication in an organization. The second chapter will provide a general description of the local governments: the nature of the local government, the functions of local governments, the direction of activity and development tendencies. The third part - the empirical part will describe the study process and the basis of the study, the justification and description of the research methods and choices, as well as the analysis and interpretation of the results of the quantitative and qualitative research. The author of the empirical research used the following research methods: theoretical - scientific literature and document analysis, empirical - quantitative and qualitative information data acquisition and analysis methods. Staff interviewing and structured interviews with Apes County Executive, Chancellor and Public Relations Specialist. Based on the information obtained as a result of the study, conclusions were drawn up and proposals were made for improving internal communication in the municipality of Ape. The work consists of 69 pages, 16 images and 1 table, as well as 2 annexes. The study uses 51 literature and other sources.
