Abstract

Maģistra darba autore Karina Aleksejeva, darba vadītājs Dr. paed. Ivars Muzis. Temats „Projektu nozīme organizācijas attīstībai un ilgtspējai”. Maģistra darba pētījuma mērķis: •Pētīt un analizēt projektu nozīmi organizācija attīstībā un ilgtspējā robežkontroles punktā (turpmāk tekstā RKP) “Vientuļi”. Pētījuma uzdevumi: 1.Analizēt dažādas atziņas par projektiem un to ieviešanu. 2.Raksturot RKP „Vientuļi” attīstības un ilgtspējas nodrošināšanas likumsakarības. 3.Noskaidrot organizācijas attīstības un ilgtspējas sekmēšanas iespējas. 4.Pētīt organizācijas attīstības un ilgtspējas sekmēšanas un projektu ieviešanas mijsakarības. 5.Apkopot, aprakstīt ieteikumus un shēmas projektu izstrādei un realizēšanai. Pētījuma jautājums: organizācijas attīstība un ilgtspēja ar projektu ieviešanu RKP “Vientuļi” tiek sekmēti ja: •tiek ievērotas robežšķērsotāju vajadzības; •tiek uzlabota darba apstākļu kvalitāte darbiniekiem; •tiek izmantotas daudzveidīgas metodes darba kvalitātes uzlabošanai un modernizācijai; •tiek izveidots stratēģiskais plāns un sagatavota bāze turpmākai attīstībai un ilgtspējas nodrošināšanai. Maģistra darbs sevī ietver autoru atziņas par projektu būtību, to izstrādi un ieviešanu. Apkopota informācija par pieejamajiem finanšu fondiem Latvijā, ar kuru palīdzību, izstrādājot projektu var attīstīt organizāciju un veicināt tās ilgtspēju.. Kopējais darba apjoms ir 63 lapas, 6 shēmas, 24 tabulas, 5 attēli atziņu un informācijas iegūšanai izmantotais literatūras un avotu kopējais skaits 29 Šis temats ir aktuāls, jo šobrīd ir pieejams liels klāsts ar dažādu veidu projektiem, kas spēj veicināt organizācijas attīstību nodrošinot ilgtspējīgu darbību. Darbā ir apkopoti pieejamie finanšu fondi, kurus organizācijas var izmantot attīstības veicināšanai. Apkopoti ieteikumi projektu izstrādei un ieviešanai. Projekti lokāli ir ļoti nozīmīgi un ar šī pētījuma palīdzību tiek atspoguļots, cik grandiozas pārmaiņas var veikt organizācija, piesaistot papildus finansējumu no Latvijai pieejamajiem finanšu fondiem.

The aim of the Master's paper work: •To study and analyze the role of projects in the organization for development and sustainability at the border control point (hereinafter referred to as the RKP), "Vientuļi". Research tasks: 1. Analyze various lessons about projects and their implementation. 2. To characterize the regularities of the development and sustainability of the RKP "Vientuļi". 3. To find out the possibilities of promoting the development and sustainability of the organization. 4. Study the interrelationships between the promotion of organizational development and sustainability and the implementation of projects. 5. Summarize, describe recommendations and schemes for the development and implementation of projects. Research question: development and sustainability of the organization through the implementation of projects RKP "Vientuļi" are promoted if: •the needs of border crossings are respected; •improving the quality of working conditions for employees; •various methods are used to improve and modernize the quality of work; •a strategic plan is created and a basis for further development and sustainability is prepared. Master's thesis includes authors' lessons on the nature of projects, their development and implementation. Summarized information on available financial funds in Latvia, through which, in developing a project, it is possible to develop an organization and promote its sustainability.
