Often arises question about should you eat before training session, especialy in early morning, becouse lack of time betwean waking up and training sesion. In this research ve will be comparing results in physical stress test results when performing in fed or fasted state. There were two diferent tests with 30 minute rest betwean them. The first one was Wingate anaerobic test, and the second one high intensity interval test (HIIT). Both tests were performed in the same day in morning when in fasted state (FAST) and in the other day 30 minutes after carbohydrate rich meal – in fed state (FED), and betweane boath day should be at least 4 resting days. AIIT resistance in sprint intervals was determined by first results in Wingate test (W AIIT = 80 % Wx Wingate test), and rest intervals were constant 50 W resistance., there were 8 interalvals total, or till voluntarily exaustion. In Wingate test there was no significant diferences neither in mean power 0,15 W (632±63W (FED), and 633±71W (FAST)); (P>0,05; P=0,99; 0,95), maximal power 0 W (791W±93(FED).However theas diferences in metabolism dose not impact working capacity – in boath days test subjects performed similarily compleating 5,2±1,7 sprints till they Were unable to maintain aceptable pedaling speed in HIIT. Glucose levels were maintained in normal levels during all tests.
