Bakalaura darbs „Jūrmalas pilsētas vispārējās izglītības iestāžu vadības un pedagogu sadarbība Ekoskolu programmā” sastāv no satura rādītāja, ievada, 3 nodaļām, 7 apakšnodaļām, 25 attēliem, secinājumiem, priekšlikumiem, literatūras un avotu saraksta, 3 pielikumiem. Darba apjoms 53 lapaspuses. Darba autore Laura Lauksarga. Bakalaura darbā ir izmantoti 34 avoti, tai skaitā 27 ārzemju avoti. Darba mērķis: Pētīt Jūrmalas pilsētas vispārējās izglītības iestāžu vadības un pedagogu sadarbību Ekoskolu programmā. Darba uzdevumi: 1.Analizēt literatūras avotus par Ekoskolu programmu Latvijā; 2.Aprakstīt konkrētās izglītības iestādes (Pumpuru vidusskola un sākumskolas „Atvase”) darbu Ekoskolu programmā; 3.Veikt empīrisko pētījumu Jūrmalas pilsētas skolās (Pumpuru vidusskolā un sākumskolā „Atvase”). Teorētiskajā daļā darba autore analizē Ekoskolas programmas attīstību Latvijā, sadarbību starp izglītības iestādes vadību un pedagogiem divās vispārējās izglītības iestādēs – Jūrmalas pilsētas sākumskolā “Atvase” un Pumpuru vidusskolā, kuras ir Ekoskolu programmā. Darbā tiek sniegti priekšlikumi kā pilnveidot sadarbību starp izglītības iestādes vadību un pedagogiem Ekoskolas programmā. Bakalaura darba empīriskās daļas ietvaros tika veikts pētījums divās jūrmalas pilsētas Ekoskolās. Pētījumā piedalījās 51 respondenti – Jūrmalas pilsētas sākumskolas “Atvase” un Pumpuru vidusskolas pedagogi un vadības pārstāvji. Kā arī tika intervēts Ekoskolas programmas koordinators Latvijā. Pētījumā tika iegūtas šādas atziņas: •Ekoskolas darbā tiek iesaistīti vairāk kā puse abu skolu pedagogi; •Skolu vadības sadarbojas ar Ekoskolas koordinatoriem un citiem iesaistītajiem pedagogiem, kā arī cenšas iesaistīt darbā arī pārējos pedagogus, neatkarīgi no viņu mācītā priekšmeta; •Ekoskolu koordinatori nodrošina komunikāciju starp pedagogiem, skolēniem, un skolu vadību, līdz ar to informācija nonāk pie visām iesaistītajām pusēm. Lai sasniegtu izvirzīto darba mērķi, tika izmantotas pētnieciskās metodes: teorētiskās - avotu analīze; empīriskās - anketēšana un strukturētas intervijas. Aim of the work: To study the co-operation of Jurmala city general education institutions and teachers in the Eco-school program. Tasks: 1. To analyze sources of literature about the Eco-school program in Latvia; 2. Describe the work of the specific educational institution (Pumpuri Secondary School and Primary School "Atvase") in the Eco-School Program; 3. To conduct an empirical study in Jurmala city schools (Pumpuri Secondary School and Primary School "Atvase"). In the theoretical part the author of the paper analyzes the development of the Eco-School program in Latvia, cooperation between the educational institution's management and educators in two general education institutions - Jurmala City Primary School "Atvase" and Pumpuri Secondary School, which are in the Eco-School program. The paper offers suggestions on how to improve cooperation between the educational institution's management and educators in the Eco-School program. Within the empirical part of the bachelor paper, a study was carried out in two seaside city Eco – Schools. The survey was attended by 51 respondents - Urmila City Primary School "Atvase" and Pumpuri Secondary School teachers and management representatives. An Eco-Coordinator in Latvia was also interviewed. The study found the following: • Eco-school more than half of the teachers of both schools are involved; • School management co-operates with Eco-Kool's coordinators and other involved educators, and also seeks to involve other pedagogues, regardless of their subject-matter; • Eco-coordinator’s provide communication between teachers, students, and school management, which brings information to all parties involved. In order to achieve the stated goal of the work, research methods were used: theoretical - source analysis; empirical - questionnaires and structured interviews.
