Mākslas vingrošanas elementu ar priekšmetiem apguves iespējas sporta stundās pamatskolā

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma: “Mākslas vingrošanas elementu ar priekšmetiem apguves iespējas sporta stundās pamatskolā” Pētījuma mērķis: teorētiski analizēt un praktiski pārbaudīt pamatskolas skolēnu iespējas apgūt mākslas vingrošanas elementus ar priekšmetiem. Lai šo mērķi sasniegtu, autore ir analizējusi zinātnieku – teorētiķu un praktiķu viedokļus par mākslas vingrošanu un iespēju to mācīt pamatskolā. Ir raksturota mērķtiecīga sporta stunda un mākslas vingrošanas mācīšanas līdzekļi. Pedagoģiski praktiskajā pētījumā autore ir izmantojusi testēšanas un matemātiskās datu apstrādes (diagrammas, vidējās vērtības noteikšana u.c.) metodes. Ir noskaidrots, ka mākslas vingrošanas elementu ar priekšmetiem apguve pamatskolā ir iespējama, ja tiek mācīti vienkārši elementi, ievērojot pakāpenības principu mākslas vingrošanas elementu mācīšanas procesā. Autore ir izstrādājusi mākslas vingrošanas elementu ar priekšmetiem mācīšanas modeli.

Topic of the paper: “Learning opportunities of rhythmic gymnastics apparatus with objects at sports lessons in elementary school.” The aim of the research is to theoretically analyse and to test in practice opportunities for elementary school pupils to learn rhythmic gymnastics apparatus with objects. In order to reach this aim, the author of the paper has analysed the opinions of scientists and practitioners regarding rhythmic gymnastics and opportunities to teach it in elementary school. Targeted sports lessons and rhythmic gymnastics teaching features have been described. The author has used the methods of testing and mathematical data processing (charts, average values, etc.) in the practical pedagogical research. It was determined that the teaching of rhythmic gymnastics apparatus with objects in elementary school is possible if simple elements are taught, taking into account the principle of step-up in the teaching process of rhythmic gymnastics apparatus.
