Elektroniskās darba laika uzskaites sistēma, izmantojot NFC lasītājus un kontrolierus

Abstract

Atbilstoši likuma grozījumiem likumā “Par nodokļiem un nodevām” nepieciešams izstrādāt elektronisko darba laika uzskaites sistēmu kura izpilda visas likuma grozījumā minētās prasības. Likuma grozījumi paredz, ka jebkurā būvobjektā, kura kopējā pasūtījuma summa pārsniedz 1 miljonu eiro, Elektroniskās darba laika uzskaites sistēma ir obligāta prasība, pretējā gadījumā valsts ieņēmumu dienests uzņēmumam piemēro naudas sodu. Bakalaura darba teorētiskās daļas ietvaros tika izpētītas dažādas RFID tehnoloģijas, kā arī precīzāk apskatīta NFC tehnoloģija, kura ir izmantota būvobjekta datu savākšanas kastes izstrādāšanā, kā arī izstrādāts risinājums Android viedtālruņiem, kura pamatā tiek izmantos NFC. Darba praktiskās daļas ietvaros ir izstrādāta elektroniskās darba laika uzskaites sistēma un būvobjektu komunikācijas tīkls, kurš nodrošina risinājuma darbību, lai būvnieki veiksmīgi izpildītu likuma grozījuma prasības un ieviestu darba laika uzskaites sistēmu būvniecības nozarē.

In accordance with the Law amendments to the Law on Taxes and Fees, it is necessary to develop an electronic working time recording system which fulfils all the requirements referred to in the amendment of the Law. Amendments to the Law provide that any building facility with a total order amount exceeding EUR 1 million, the Electronic Working Time Accounting System is a mandatory requirement, otherwise the State Revenue Service shall apply a fine to the undertaking. In theoretical part of the bachelors work, various RFID technologies have been studied, as more preciselly the NFC technology, which is used in developing construction sites data collection identification device (box), and also solution for Android smartphones based on NFC. In practical part of the bachelors work, an electronic work time accounting system and a network of communication facilities have been developed, which provides a solution for the construction industry to successfully implement the requirements of the law and to introduce a system of work time accounting in the construction industry.
