Kokapstrādes uzņēmuma AS "INGRID D" pirmapstrādes ceha modernizācija

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “Kokapstrādes uzņēmuma AS “INGRID D” pirmapstrādes ceha modernizācija”. Latvijas zelts ir zaļā krāsā. Zelts ne tāpēc, ka tā ir daudz, bet gan tāpēc, ka Latvija to ir iemācījusies gudri apsaimniekot un izmantot. Pēdējo gadu laikā arvien svarīgāk ikvienam kokapstrādes uzņēmumam ir radīt produktiem augstu pievienoto vērtību, lai spētu konkurēt tirgū un efektīvi izmantot iegūtos resursus. Darba ražīgums, lietderīgais iznākums un kvalitāte ir trīs svarīgākie aspekti, kas ietekmē kokapstrādes uzņēmumu maksimāli iespējamo pievienoto vērtību radīšanu. Pētījuma mērķis ir veicināt efektīvu koksnes resursu izmantošanu to pirmapstrādes procesā. Autore pētījumu rezultātā nonākusi līdz konkrēti risināmai problēmai - nepietiekams koksnes lietderīgais iznākums pirmapstrādes procesos. Problēmas risinājumu autore piedāvā projekta veidā. Rezultātā autore ir izstrādājusi projekta “Kokapstrādes uzņēmuma AS “INGRID D” pirmapstrādes procesu modernizācija” rokasgrāmatu. Darba galvenie uzdevumi ir izpētīt un analizēt kokapstrādes nozari Latvijā. Balstoties uz situācijas izpēti, izstrādāt projekta tehniski ekonomisko pamatojumu, izstrādāt projekta īstenošanas rokasgrāmatu. The theme of this master thesis is "Modernization of the pre-treatment workshop of the woodworking company AS" INGRID D ". Latvian gold is green. In recent years, it is increasingly important for every woodworking company to create products with high value-added in order to compete on the market and make effective use of the resources. Productivity, efficiency and quality are the three most important aspects that influence the maximum possible added value for woodworking companies. The target of the research is to investigate the future perspectives of AS "INGRID D" in the timber industry. The primary objectives of the project are to study and analyze the woodworking industry in Latvia. Based on the analysis of the situation, to develop the economic feasibility study for the project, to develop a project implementation manual.
