A/S Swedbank finanšu stāvokļa analīze

Abstract

Mūsdienu komercbankas sistēma atrodas nepārtrauktā mijiedarbībā ar ārējo vidi, it īpaši ar ekonomikas funkcionēšanu. Līdz ar to informācija par to stabilitāti, ko sniedz finanšu analīze, ir svarīga ne tikai potenciālajiem klientiem un pašām kredītiestādēm, bet arī uzraudzības iestādēm. Problēmu agrā diagnostika un komercbanku sistēmas stabilitātes nostiprināšana ļauj mazināt krīžu iespējamību un to sekas. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir veikt Swedbank finansiālā stāvokļa analīzi, izdarīt secinājumus un sniegt priekšlikumus. Bakalaura darba uzdevumi ir izpētīt bankas finanšu pārskatu analīzes metodes, savākt un apkopot informāciju par bankas vēsturi, izanalizēt bankas lomu Latvijas komercbanku sistēmā, veikt bankas dinamiski-strukturālo un finanšu rādītāju analīzi, kā arī izdarīt secinājumus un priekšlikumus bankas darbības uzlabošanai. Kopējais diplomdarba apjoms ir 76 lappuses. Darbs satur 21 tabulu, 26 attēlus un 15 formulas. Diplomdarba izstrādei tika izmantoti 27 informācijas avoti, tādi kā: LR likumi un normatīvie akti, mācību grāmatas, Swedbank finanšu pārskati un elektroniskie resursi.

The modern commercial banking system is closely connected with the surrounding environment, especially with the functioning of the economy. Consequently, the information about their stability provided by financial analysis is important not only for potential clients and credit institutions but also for supervisors. The early diagnosis of problems and the strengthening of stability of the commercial banking system make it possible to reduce the possibility of crises and their consequences. The purpose of the Bachelor thesis is to analyze Swedbank's financial situation, draw conclusions and make proposals. The objectives of the Bachelor thesis are the following: to explore the methods of analyzing the bank's financial statements, to collect information about the history of the bank, to analyze the role of the bank in the commercial banking system of Latvia, to analyze the structural dynamic analysis and financial indicators, as well as to draw conclusions and proposals for improving the bank's operations. The thesis paper consist of 76 pages. The study contains 21 tables, 26 images and 15 formulae. For the development of the diploma paper, 27 sources of information were used, such as: laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia, textbooks, Swedbank’s annual reports and electronic resources.
