AS Tallink Grupp finanšu analīze

Abstract

Finanšu analīze ir jebkuras kompānijas “veselības stāvokļa” indikators, kas ļauj novērtēt pagātnes un pašreizējo finansiālo stāvokli, kā arī prognozēt nākotnes tendences, kuros ir ieinteresēti gan iekšējie, gan ārējie finanšu pārskatu lietotāji. Bieži vien finanšu analīzes rezultāti norāda uz slēptām problēmām, kurus laicīgi nepamanot, kompānija var ciest zaudējumus vai pat bankrotēt. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir veikt kompānijas AS Tallink Grupp finanšu analīzi, novērtēt iegūtus rezultātus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai. Darbs sastāv no trim daļām, kuros tiek raksturoti finanšu analīzes teorētiskie aspekti, aprakstītā kompānijas darbības specifika un veikta finanšu analīze. Nobeigumā tiek izstrādāti secinājumi un sniegti priekšlikumi AS Tallink Grupp veiksmīgai turpmākai darbībai.

Financial analysis is an indicator of “health condition” of any company that allows to assess the past and present financial position and to predict future trends in which are interested internal and external users of financial statements. Often the results of a financial analysis point to hidden problems which not noticing in time the company may suffer losses or even bankruptcy. The aim of the Bachelor’s thesis is to perform financial analysis of AS Tallink Grupp, evaluate obtained results and develop proposals for improving the Company's financial position. Work consists of 3 chapters, which describe the theoretical aspects of financial analysis, specifics of the activities of AS Tallink Grupp and performed financial analysis. Finally, conclusions are drawn up and proposals are made for the successful future operation of AS Tallink Grupp.
