Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „ Bezdarbs Latvijā” Bakalaura darba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz teorētiskiem aspektiem, izanalizēt bezdarba problēmu, noskaidrotbezdarba rašanās problēmu Latvijā un, pamatojoties uz izdarītoanalīzi, apkopt secinājumus un sniegt bezdarba mazināšanas priekšlikumus. Pētījuma objekts ir bezdarbs Latvijā. Pētījuma laika periods no 2014 līdz 2017. gadam. Darba uzdevumi: 1.sameklēt būtiskāko teorijas materjālu; 2.veikt teorētiskā materiāla analīzi; 3.dažadu teoretisko aspektu apskats; 4.Latvijas bezdarbu izanalizēt pēc statistikas datiem; 5.izpētīt cik liela ietekme uz bezdarbu ir no iedzīvotāju migrācijas; 6.izvirzīt priekšlikumus un veikt secinājumus bezdarba problēmas risināšana Darba tika izmantotas sekojošas metodes: teorētiskie materiāli, statistikas datu analīze Darba apjoms ir 64 lapas, tai skaitā 18 attēli un 2 tabulas. Darba tika izmantoti– statistikas dati, interneta mājas lapas, mācību literatūra. Diplomdarbs sastāv no trīs daļām. Pirmajā nodaļā ir aplūkotas dažādie bezdarba teorētiskie aspekti. Otrajā nodaļā ir analizēta Latvijas bezdarba statistika dažādās grupas. Trešajā nodaļa ir aplukotie aktuālākas metodes bezdarba līmeņa samazināšanai Latvijā. Darbā galvenie izmantotie datu avoti – Centrālā statistikas pārvalde (CSP), Eurostat, Nodarbinātības valsts aģentūra (NVA) materiāli. Atslēgvārdi: nodarbinātība, bezdarbs, bezdarba rādītāji

The theme of the Bachelor paper is "Unemployment in Latvia" The purpose of the Bachelor paper is, basing on theoretical aspects, to analyze the problem of unemployment, find out the causes of the problem of unemployment in Latvia as well as draw conclusions and offer the solutions to unemployment reduction basing on theoretical material and data analysis. The subject of the research is unemployment in Latvia. Study period from 2014 to 2017. Tasks: 1. to find the most essential theoretical material; 2. to analyze theoretical material; 3. to review various theoretical aspects; 4. to analyze unemployment in Latvia appealing to statistical data; 5. to study the impact of unemployment on population migration; 6. to offer the solution and draw conclusions on the problem of unemployment The following methods were used to conduct the research: analysis of theoretical material, analysis of statistical data, the study of the relation between migration and unemployment. The work volume is 64 pages, including 18 images and 2 tables. 27 sources of information were used for the research paper, including statistical data, internet websites, secondary sources. The research paper consists of three parts. The first chapter examines various theoretical aspects of unemployment. The second chapter analyzes the statistics of unemployment in different groups of Lativa. The third chapter presents the most topical methods of unemployment rate reduction in Latvia. The main sources of data used in the work are the Central Statistical Bureau (CSB), Eurostat, the State Employment Agency (NVA). Keywords: employment, unemployment, unemployment rates
