Darba mērķis ir: pamatojoties uz jaunuzņēmumu darbinieku motivācijas tendenču izvērtējumu un analīzi, izstrādāt ieteikumus jaunuzņēmumu motivēšanas sistēmas izveidei un pilnveidošanai. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek veidots bakalaura darba teorētiskais ietvars, kurā apskatīti iekšējie un ārējie faktori motivācijas skaidrojumā un populārākās motivācijas teorijas, to iedalījums. Otrajā nodaļā tiek raksturota jaunuzņēmumu vēsture un veidošanās faktori Silīcija ielejā, tiek novērota jaunuzņēmumu attīstība Latvijā un pasaulē. Trešajā nodaļā tiek analizēta Baltijas valstu kultūras dimensijas un salīdzināti interviju viedokļi. Bakalaura darba rezultātā tiek konstatēts, ka vieni no galvenajiem motivācijas faktoriem jaunuzņēmumos ir gan radošā vide, gan iespēja attīstīties kā profesionālim, gan iespēja saņemt atalgojumu, kas ir virs vidējā tirgus līmeņa. The aim of the Research is to develop recommendations for the creation and development of a start-up motivation system, based on the evaluation and analysis of the motivation trends of a start-up employees. The first chapter includes the theoretical framework of the Research, which examines the internal and external factors in the explanation of motivation and the most popular motivation theories, and their division. The second chapter describes the history of a start-ups and the factors of formation in the Silicon Valley, describes the development of a start-ups in Latvia and in the World. The third chapter analyzes the cultural dimensions of the Baltic States and compares the opinions of the interviews, which were made specially for this Research. As a result of the Research, it is found that one of the main motivating factors in new companies is both - the creative environment and the opportunity to develop as a professional and the opportunity to receive a sallary that is above the average market level.
