Abstract

Maģistra darbā autors noskaidro un apraksta, kāda ir organizācijas kultūras un pašpārvaldes darba komandu savstarpējā ietekme globālā ārpakalpojumu informācijas tehnoloģiju uzņēmumā. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, ir izvirzīti šādi uzdevumi: teorētiski aprakstīt pašpārvaldes darba komandas, raksturot spējās pārvaldības metodes informāciju tehnoloģiju jomā, aprakstīt organizācijas kultūras pēc konkurējošo vērtību modeļa, veikt pētījumu, analizēt rezultātus, izstrādāt priekšlikumus. Maģistra darbs sastāv no divām teorētiskajām nodaļām – Pašpārvaldes darba komandas un Organizācijas kultūras paveidi pēc konkurējošo vērtību modeļa un pētījuma apraksta. Teorētiskajās nodaļās ir izpētītas teorētiskās nostādnes, pētījuma daļā ir aprakstītas pētījuma metodes, analizēti pētījuma rezultāti. Darba apjoms ir 82 lapaspuses, darbā ir ievietoti 22 attēli.

In the master's thesis author identifies and describes the mutual influence of organizational culture and self-managed work team in a global outsourcing information technology firm. To achieve the goal, the following tasks have been set: theoretically describe self-managed work teams, describe agile methodology in the field of information technology, describe organizational culture based by competing value framework, conduct research, analyze results, develop recommendations. Thesis consists of two theoretical chapters - Self-managed work teams and Organizational culture according to competing value framework, and research chapter. In the theoretical chapters author researches theoretical principles, the research part describes research methods, analyzes the results of the research. Thesis consists of 82 pages, there are 22 pictures.
