Projekts: Skaistumkopšanas salona "SK Elegance" dibināšana

Abstract

Darba mērķis: Jaunas sabiedrības ar ierobežotu atbildību dibināšana, kas darbojas skaistumkopšanas pakalpojumu nozarē. Maģistra darbs sastāv no septiņām nodaļām. Katra nodaļa ietver sevī svarīgu informāciju par jaunā uzņēmuma dibināšanas iespējamību un nepieciešamību. Maģistra darbs izstrādāts pamatojoties uz speciālo literatūru, interneta resursiem, normatīvajiem aktiem. Darbā izmantotas šādas pētījuma metodes: 1.SVID analīze; 2.Statistiskā analīze; 3.Salīdzināšanas metode; 4.Monogrāfiska metode; 5.Grafiskās analīze. Projekta izstrāde ir nepieciešama jauna uzņēmuma izveidē, lai varētu noskaidrot, vai projekta ideja ir dzīvotspējīga. Autores projekts ir skaistumkopšanas salona SIA „SK Elegance” dibināšana un atvēršana, vienā no republikas nozīmes pilsētām Jēkabpilī. Skaistumkopšanas nozare ir viena no pieprasītākajām nozarēm pēdējos gados, kas ar katru gadu turpina attīstīties. Jauni skaistumkopšanas saloni piedāvā izmantot jaunas mūsdienīgu tehnoloģiju iespējas. Uzņēmums SIA „SK Elegance” uzsāks savu darbību pēc reģistrācijas Komercreģistrā ar 2018. gada septembri. Projekta īstenošanai nepieciešamie naudas līdzekļi ir 17115.00 euro apmērā. Dibinātāji (divas fiziskas personas) nolēma visu nepieciešamo naudas summu ieguldīt uzņēmumā uzsākot darbību no saviem līdzekļiem, lai uzņēmums uzsākot darbību būtu ar stabilu finansiālo bāzi. Pamatkapitāls tiek apmaksāts naudā AS Swedbank atvērtajā bankas kontā, mantisko ieguldījumu nav. Pamatkapitāla sadalījums starp abiem uzņēmuma īpašniekiem ir vienādās daļās, tādēļ abiem uzņēmuma īpašniekiem ir vienādas balsstieisības jaunajā uzņēmumā. Skaistumkopšanas salona SIA „SK Elegance” pamatpakalpojums ir piedāvāt skaistuma un veselības veicinošus pakalpojumus. Pakalpojums tiks sniegts tā, lai katrs klients varētu relaksēties un iegūt sev vēlamo rezultātu. Pakalpojums tiks veikts mūsdienīgi iekārtotās telpās, kā arī katrs pakalpojums tiks veikts atsevišķās telpās, tādēļ būs iespēja baudīt mierīgu atmosfēru un nebaidīties no apkārtējo skatieniem. Uzņēmuma pakalpojumi tiks piedāvāti vietējā tirgū Latvijā – Jēkabpilī. Autore sagatavoja pieņēmumus uz, kuriem balstīta finanšu prognoze. Finanšu plāns tiek veidots 3 gadiem (2018., 2019., un 2020.gadam), finanšu aprēķini atspoguļoti peļņas vai zaudējumu aprēķinā un naudas plūsmas pārskatā, aprēķini tika veikti pa mēnešiem. Autore sagatavoja sākuma bilance uzsākot darbību, kā arī beigu bilances uz 2018., 2019. un 2020.gada beigām. Maģistra darba apjoms 82 lappuses, kas sastāv no 7 nodaļām un 10 pielikumiem. Darbā ir iekļautas 30 tabulas un 14 attēli. Darba uzrakstīšanā izmantoti 41 informācijas avoti, daži no tiem ir angļu valodā.

Aim of the work: Establishment of a new limited liability company foundation which operates in the beauty care industry. Master's thesis consists of seven chapters. Each chapter contains important information about the feasibility and necessity of establishing a new company Master's thesis is based on special literature, Internet resources, normative acts. The following research methods are used in the work: 1.SWOT analysis 2.Statistical analysis; 3.Method of comparison; 4.Monographic method; 5.Graphical analysis. Project development is needed to create a new company to see if the project idea is viable. The author's project is the foundation and opening of beauty salon SIA "SK Elegance" in one of the republican cities of Jekabpils. The beauty industry is one of the most sought after industries in recent years, which continues to evolve every year. New beauty salons offer new, modern technology options. Company SIA "SK Elegance" will start its activity after registration in the Commercial Register from September 2018. The funds required for the implementation of the project are 17115.00 euro. The founders (two natural persons) decided to invest all the necessary amount of money in the company when starting an activity from their own funds so that the company would have a stable financial base when it started its operations. The share capital is paid in cash at the bank account opened by Swedbank, there is no property contributions. The distribution of the share capital between the two owners of the company is in equal shares, therefore, the two owners of the company have the same voting power in the new company. The service will be performed in modernly designed rooms, and each service will be carried out in separate rooms, so customers will be able to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere and not be afraid of the surrounding glances. The company's services will be offered on the local market in Latvia - in Jekabpils. The author made assumptions on which the financial forecast is based. The financial plan is created for 3 years (2018, 2019, and 2020), the financial calculations are reflected in the profit and loss statement and cash flow statement, calculations were made by months. The author prepared the opening balance sheet at the beginning of the activity, as well as the final balance sheets for 2018, 2019 and the end of 2020. Master's thesis volume is 82 pages, consisting of 7 chapters and 10 annexes. Work included 30 tables and 14 pictures. The work writing has used 41 sources of information, some of them in English.
