Abstract
Maģistra darba „Psihoemocionālie darba vides faktori un to identificēšana” mērķis ir noskaidrot raksturīgākos psihoemocionālos darba vides faktorus administratīvajā tiesā, kā arī, pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, piedāvāt piemērotākos risinājumus raksturīgāko stresa faktoru novēršanai un prevencijai. Maģistra darba rezultātā secināts, ka administratīvās tiesas darbinieki ir pakļauti psihoemocionālajiem darba vides faktoriem un to novēršanai nepieciešams izstrādāt attiecīgos prevencijas pasākumus. Darba pirmajā daļā veikta psihoemocionālo darba vides faktoru analīze. Otrajā daļā analizētas darba stresa izraisošo faktoru novēršanas iespējas un stresa vadīšana. Trešajā daļā ir veikta darbinieku aptaujas rezultātu analīze. Darbs sastāv no 96 lapām ar tajā iekļautām 17 tabulām un 18 attēliem, 105 literatūras avotiem un 2 pielikumiem. The objective of the Master's Paper "Psychoemotional workplace factors and their identification" is to find out the most specific psycho-emotional factors of the working environment in the administrative court, as well as to offer the most appropriate solutions for the prevention and prevention of the most common stress factors based on the results of the research. As a result of the master's thesis, it is concluded that the employees of the administrative court are subjected to psycho-emotional factors of the working environment and prevention of them, it is necessary to develop appropriate preventive measures. In the first chapter of the work, analysis of the psycho-emotional factors of the work environment was carried out. The second chapter deals with analysis of prevention options of factors caused by work stress and stress management. The third part analyzes the results of the survey of employees.
