Šarlotes ezera ekoloģiskā kvalitāte
Abstract
Bakalaura darba “Šarlotes ezera ekoloģiskā kvalitāte” mērķis ir raksturot Šarlotes ezera kvalitāti un tās uzlabošanas iespējas. Pētījuma objekts ir Šarlotes ezers, kurš atrodas Latgalē, Ilūkstes novada Šederes pagastā. Bakalaura darba teorētiskais pamatojums balstās uz zinātniskās literatūras analīzi par ezeriem, dabas ūdens sastāvu un to ietekmējošajiem faktoriem, piesārņojuma veidiem un avotiem, eitrofikācijas procesu, ezeru rekultivāciju, kā arī par Šarlotes ezeru un tā sateces baseinu. Bakalaura darba pētījuma praktiskajā daļā tika veikti lauka darbi Šarlotes ezerā gada griezumā, veicot ūdens un sedimentu paraugu ievākšanu un citu in-situ parametru noteikšanu. Ezera ūdenim tika noteikta hlorofila-a koncentrācija vasarā, ūdens caurredzamība, pH, izškīdušais skābeklis, elektrovadītspēja, kā arī laboratorijā tika veiktas hidrokīmiskas analīzes: krāsainības, nitrātjonu, nitrītjonu, amonija jonu un fosfātjonu noteikšanai, bet sedimentu paraugiem tika veikta tehniskā analīze un metālu analīze, kas ir kvalitāti raksturojošie parametri. The aim of the bachelor paper "Ecological state of Lake Šarlote" is to describe the quality of the Lake Šarlote and its improvement possibilities. The object of the research is Lake Šarlote, located in Latgale, Ilukste district in Šedere parish. The theoretical part of this Bachelor thesis are based on the analysis of scientific literature about lakes, composition of natural waters and factors affecting it, sources and types of pollution in natural water, eutrophication process, lake recultivation, as well as characteristics of the lake Šarlote and its catchment basin. In the practical part of study, fieldworks were carried out on a seasonal basis at Lake Šarlote, where water and sediment samples were collected and some in-situ parameters were determined: the amount of chlorophyll-a in summer, water transparency, pH, dissolved oxygen and electrical conductivity. Hydrochemical analyzes were carried out in the laboratory such as: coloring, nitrate ion, nitric ion, ammonium ions and phosphates ion concentrations were measured, but the sediment samples were subjected to sediment technical analysis and metal analysis, which are quality determinants.
