This paper analyses the representation of “airBaltic” brand identity in its corporate website. The goal of this research was to decipher the message that is transmitted to the stakeholders via the use of language in three website’s subsections. “airBaltic” position was analysed in the light of social and cultural considerations. A three-dimensional model was used for conducting the empirical part, which is based on the theories and understanding of Critical Discourse Analysis developed by Norman Fairclough (1992). The results suggest noteworthy contradictions regarding sensitive issues and inconsistencies in the dimension of social relationship. The findings point out a rather careless attitude towards customers and potential employees.
