Maģistra darbs “Dzīvojamo telpu īres tiesisko attiecību regulējuma problēmas” sniedz ieskatu gan aktuālajos problēmjautājumos, kas pastāvējuši līdz šim dzīvojamo telpu īres tiesiskajās attiecībās, gan tajos, kas aktualizēti līdz ar jaunā likumprojekta “Dzīvojamo telpu īres likums” izsludināšanu valsts sekretāru sanāksmē 2017.gada 12.oktobrī. Pētījuma rezultātā darba autore izvirza vairākus priekšlikumus, tostarp noteikt dzīvojamo telpu īres līguma minimālo termiņu trīs gadi; attiecināt principu “pirkums lauž īri” uz dzīvojamo telpu īres līgumiem, kuri pārsniedz trīs gadu termiņu un kuri nav ierakstīti zemesgrāmatā; kā arī paredzēt kriminālatbildību par nelikumīgām darbībām, liedzot personai piekļuvi mājoklim, u.c. Master‘s Thesis “Regulation Problems of Legal Relations of Residential Space Tenancy“ gives an insight into topical issues that have been existent up to the present time as well as that have been put forward with the announcement of the new draft law "Residential Tenancy Law” at the State Secretaries' meeting on October 12, 2017. As a result of the research the author offers several propositions, among them to determine the minimum term of tenancy agreement for residential premises for three years; to apply the principle „purchase breaks the rent“ to tenancy agreements for residential premises that are not registered in the Land Register and exceed three years term; as well as to provide criminal liability for illegal activities denying the one‘s access to house, etc. Key words: the right to housing, a rental contract, a renter, a tenant, draft law Residential Tenancy Law.
