Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Vajāšana”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir veikt pētījumu par vajāšanas, – kā noziedzīga nodarījuma, – jēdziena izpratni un noziedzīgā nodarījuma sastāva pazīmēm, kurām jāiestājas, lai personu varētu saukt pie kriminālatbildības saskaņā ar Krimināllikuma 132.1pantu, ņemot vērā, ka tas ir jauns noziedzīgs nodarījums Krimināllikumā. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, autore analizēja starptautisko regulējumu un tā ietekmi uz vajāšanas, – kā noziedzīga nodarījuma, – iekļaušanu Krimināllikumā, konstatēja, kādu tiesisko aizsardzību likumdevējs nodrošinājis līdz Krimināllikuma grozījumiem personu aizsardzībai pret vardarbību, analizēja vajāšanas, – kā noziedzīga nodarījuma, – sastāva pazīmes un kas to nošķir no Krimināllikuma 132.panta, kā arī izpētīja ārvalstu regulējumu, lai noteiktu, kā vajāšanas jēdziens tiek izprasts citās pasaules valstīs. The theme of bachelor thesisis „Stalking”. The aim of the thesis is to do a research on stalking as a crime, concept of stalking and the constituent elements of the offense by which a person can be held criminally liable under Article 132.1 of the Criminal law. In order to archieve the aim, the author analysed international law and its’ influence on inclusion of stalking as a criminal offence in the Criminal law, stated what kind of legal protection the legislator has ensured before the amendments of the Criminal law in order to protect person from violence, analyzed the constituent elements of stalking and what seperates it from Article 132 of the Criminal law and explored law of other countries to understand how stalking is understood in other countries of the World.
