Abstract

Bakalaura darbs ”Tiesiskās palīdzības līgumu pārslēgšanas perspektīvas un alternatīvas to aizstāšanai”. Bakalaura darba teorētiskajā daļā ir apskatīta starptautisko līgumu noslēgšanas teorija, t.sk. to iespējamie veidi, sekas, kā arī no tiem izrietošās tiesības un pienākumi. Bakalaura darba pētījuma daļā tiek aplūkots Latvijas Republikā spēkā esošo normatīvie akti, kuri regulē starptautisko privāttiesību jomu patreizējais stāvoklis !!! Tiek analizēta Latvijas Republikas noslēgto tiesiskās palīdzības līgumu iespējamā pārslēgšana, un autora piedāvātie iespējamie risinājumi, ja noslēgtie tiesiskās palīdzības līgumi tiks denonsēti, kā arī iespējamie pasākumi negatīvo seku mazināšanai starptautisko privāttiesību jomā. The Bachelor’s degree thesis Prospects for Renewal of Legal Assistance Treaties and Their Alternatives. In the theoretical part of the Bachelor’s degree thesis the author has discussed the theory of signing international treaties, incl. possible types, consequences, as well as rights and duties arising therefrom. In the research part of the Bachelor’s degree thesis the author has examined the applicable regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia, which regulate the sphere of the international private law. This part includes the analysis of potential renewal of legal assistance treaties signed by the Republic of Latvia, solutions offered by the author, if legal assistance treaties are denounced, as well as possible measures for the reduction of negative consequences in the sphere of the international private law. The Bachelor’s degree thesis consists of the introduction, 3 chapters, 3 sub-chapters, conclusions and suggestions, list of references.
