Abstract

Mūsdienās cilvēkiem ir iespēja izvēlēties, kādu zāļu formu viņi vēlas lietot pie noteiktām indikācijām un kādu terapeitisku efektu vēlas sasniegt. Protams, tas viss ir atkarīgs no konkrētās problēmas un ārstēšanas iespējām. Darba mērķis ir gūt priekšstatu un apkopot informāciju par Lauru N aptiekā pieejamām transdermālām zāļu formām, to pielietošanas īpašībām, patēriņu, kā arī salīdzināt un izvērtēt, kura no zāļu līdzekļu formām ir pieprasītāka, salīdzināt transdermālos plāksterus, per os tabletes, i/m ievades veidus, laika periodā no 2017. gada 1. janvāra līdz 31. decembrim, veikt anketēšanu, lai noskaidrotu iedzīvotāju priekšstatu par TD zāļu formām un TD zāļu līdzekļu lietošanu. Veicot analīzi, tika konstatēts, ka iedzīvotāji dod priekšroku vairāk perorālai zāļu formai, bet tam varētu būt vairāki iemesli, kas neietekmē pacienta izvēli. Aptaujas anketas pētījuma gaitā, iegūtie rezultāti ļauj secināt, ka respondentiem ir priekšstats par transdermālām zāļu formām, līdzekļiem.

In the analysis, it was found that citizens prefer to use oral dosage forms, but there might be several reasons that do not affect the patient's choice.
