Abstract

Pirmsoperācijas sagatavošana ir ļoti svarīga pacientu drošībai un svarīga aprūpes lomai, kopumā. Kvalitatīva pirmsoperāciju pacientu kontrole anestēzijas, intensīvās un neatliekamās aprūpes māsu darbā, būtiski uzlabo pacienta pieredzi, samazinot trauksmi un veicinot atveseļošanos. Maģistra darba tēma - Pirmsoperāciju pacientu kontrole anestēzijas, intensīvās un neatliekamās aprūpes māsu darbā. Tēmas aktualitāti raksturo nesen ieviesto Ķirurģisko pacientu kontroles lapu izpilde, kuru rezultātā, to daļēja aizpildīšana vai kategoriska izvairīšanās, būtiski ietekmējot ne tikai operācijas gaitas sākumu, bet arī komandas darba kvalitāti un komunikāciju operācijas telpā starp pacientu un medicīnas profesionāļiem. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt pirmsoperāciju pacientu kontroli vispārējā profila ķirurģijas pacientiem pirms plānveida un neatliekamām operācijām anestēzijas, intensīvās un neatliekamās aprūpes māsu darbā. Mērķa sasniegšanai ir analizēti 30 zinātniskās literatūras avoti par māszinību teorijām, anestezioloģijas un intensīvās terapijas zinātnes pirmsākumiem, pirmsoperāciju pacientu kontroli un PVO ķirurģiskās drošības kontroles lapas izstrādi un lietošanu, PVO un ķirurģisko drošību, māsas lomu un pacienta novērtējumu pirms operācijas. Praktiskajā daļā veikta pacientu dokumentu analīzes protokols un praktizējošo māsu intervija kādā no Rīgas slimnīcām. Hipotēze: Pirmsoperāciju kontrole pacientiem ar neatliekamām operācijām sniedz nepilnīgāku informatīvo nozīmi salīdzinājumā ar plānveida pacientiem. Apkopojot pētījumā iegūtos rezultātus un balstoties uz izvirzīto darba mērķi - izpētīt pirmsoperāciju pacientu kontroli vispārējā profila ķirurģijas pacientiem pirms plānveida un neatliekamām operācijām anestēzijas, intensīvās un neatliekamās aprūpes māsu darbā, varam secināt, ka kontroles lapas izmantošana ir saistīta ar uzlabotas drošības attieksmes veidošanos operatīvajā vidē, samazinot pēcoperācijas komplikācijas un mirstības rādītājus. Pārsvarā visos pētījumos ir norādīts, ka šī drošības kontroles lapas aizpildīšana var mazināt komplikācijas, tādējādi pierādot, ka tā ir efektīva. High-quality pre-operative patient control for anesthesia, intensive care and nursing care work greatly improves patient experience by reducing anxiety and promoting recovery. Theme of the thesis - Pre-operative patient control in the work of anesthesia, intensive care and emergency care nursing. The topicality of the topic is characterized by the recent implementation of Surgical Patient Controls, resulting in their partial filling or categorical avoidance, significantly affecting not only the onset of the operation, but also the quality of team work and the communication space between patients and medical professionals. The aim of the work is to investigate preoperative patient control in general-profile surgical patients prior to scheduled and urgent operations for anesthesia, intensive care and emergency care nursing. To achieve the goal, 30 sources of scientific literature on nursing theories, the beginnings of anesthesiology and intensive therapy science, preoperative patient control and the development and use of the WHO Surgical Control Sheet, WHO and surgical safety, the role of nurse and patient assessment prior to surgery are analyzed. In the practical part, a protocol for patient document analysis and an interview with nursing practitioners in one of the Riga hospitals was conducted. Hypothesis: Pre-operative control in patients with emergency surgery provides a more informative meaning than scheduled patients. Summarizing the results of the study and based on the objective of the work - to study Preoperative patient control in general-profile surgical patients before scheduled and urgent surgery for anesthesia, intensive care and nursing work, we can conclude that the use of a control sheet is associated with the development of advanced safety attitudes in the operating environment, reducing postoperative complications and mortality rates. In general, all studies have indicated that filling this safety checklist can reduce complications, thus proving that it is effective. Master's thesis consists of 79 pages, 37 tables and 2 annexes.
