Kakla skriemeļu datortomogrāfijas protokola pielietojums pacientiem ar reimatoīdo artrītu

Abstract

Reimatoīdais artrīts ir hroniska destruktīva locītavu iekaisuma slimība ar būtisku personisku, sociālu un ekonomisku ietekmi. Ar reimatoīdo artrītu vidēji slimo 0,4 – 1% pieaugušo. Pēc Pasaules Veselības Organizācija datiem, pasaulē no šīs slimības cieš 23,7 miljoni cilvēku. Bakalaura darbā ir apkopota un analizēta literatūra par tēmu “Kakla skriemeļu datortomogrāfijas protokola pielietojums pacientiem ar reimatoīdo artrītu”. Teorētiskajā daļā aprakstīta kakla skriemeļu normālā anatomija, datortomogrāfijas anatomija, reimatoīdā artrīta klīniskā aina, diagnostika un ārstēšana, kakla skriemeļu datortomogrāfijas protokols un izmeklējuma kvalitātes kritēriji. Darba mērķis: izvērtēt kakla skriemeļu datortomogrāfijas protokola pielietojumu pacientiem ar reimatoīdo artrītu. Pētniecības jautājums: Kādas protokola sastāvdaļas ietekmē attēla kvalitātes kritērijus kakla skriemeļu datortomogrāfijā pacientiem ar reimatoīdo artrītu? Pētniecības instruments: pētniecības protokols. Pētniecības metode: literatūras analīze, kvalitatīva pētījuma metode, retrospektīva novērtējuma attēlu analīze. Kakla skriemeļu DT izmeklējumos pielietoto protokolu sastāvdaļas nodrošina reimatoīdo artrītu diagnostiku. Galvenie ietekmējošie faktori kvalitatīva izmeklējuma iegūšanā ir artefaktu klātbūtne un neatbilstoša parametru izvēle. Darba kopējais apjoms ir 47 lappuses, kas sastāv no divām daļām – teorētiskās un pētnieciskās. Darbs sastāv no 4 nodaļām un 9 apakšnodaļām. Darba veikšanai izmantoti 40 literatūras un informācijas avoti un veikti 4 secinājumi.

Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic, destructive inflammatory disease of the joints with a significant personal, social and economic impact. Rheumatoid arthritis affects about 0.4-1% of adults. According to the World Health Organization, from this disease the world suffers 23.7 million people. In bachelor work is summarized and analyzed literature about the “The use of cervical spine CT protocol for patients with rheumatoid arthritis”. The theoretical part describes cervical spine anatomy, radiological anatomy, diagnosis and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, computed tomography imaging protocols and quality criteria of cervical spine for patients with rheumatoid arthritis. The aim of work: To evaluate computed tomography imaging of cervical spine for patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Research questions: What protocol components affecting image quality criteria in cervical CT scans in patients with rheumatoid arthritis? Research instruments: research protocol. Research method: literature analysis, qualitative research method, retrospective image analysis. The used CT protocol for patients with rheumatoid arthritis warantee qualitaty of image criteria. The main influencing factors for qualitaty of the study are the presence of artifacts and the unsuitable choice of some parameters. The total volume of research is 47 pages, consisting of two parts - theoretical and research. The research consists of 4 chapters and 9 sub-chapters. During the research process 40 literature and information sources were used and 4 conclusions were made.
