Mutes dobuma kopšana insulta pacientiem stacionārā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma „Mutes dobuma kopšana insulta pacientiem stacionārā” tika izvēlēta, jo bakteriāla pneimonija cerebrāla infarkta pacientiem par nāves cēloni kļust 15 – 25% gadījumu. Viens no bakteriālas pneimonijas attīstības cēloņiem ir aspirācija. Nepietiekamas mutes dobuma kopšanas rezultātā mutes dobumā savairojas patogēnā mikroflora, kura aspirācijas gadījumā var izsaukt nopietnu plaušu audu iekaisumu. Darba mērķis: Izzināt mutes dobuma kopšanas pricipus insulta pacientiem stacionārā. Darbā tika izvirzīts pētījuma jautājums: Kādi ir mutes dobuma kopšanas principi insulta pacientiem stacionārā? Darbā tika izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode. Pētījuma instruments – strukturēta intervija un novērošanas protokols. Pētījumā iegūtie dati atspoguļo, kā tiek veikta insulta pacientu mutes dobuma kopšana un kādi līdzekļi nepeiciešami, lai to uzlabotu. Atslēgas vārdi: insults, aspirācija, mutes dobuma kopšana, māsa.

Bachelor’s Thesis „Oral cavity care for stroke patients in a hospital” was chosen, because bacterial pneumonia in patients with cerebral infarction causes death 15 – 25% of cases. One of bacterial pneumonia causes is aspiration. In the result of insufficient oral care a pathogenic microflora take dominance in oral cavity and in the case of aspiration can cause lung tissue inflamation. Aim of work: To find out the principles of oral care for stroke patients in a hospital. Research question was: What are the principles of oral care for stroke patients in a hospital. In the study was used quantitative research method. Research tool – structured interview an observation protocol. The findings of the study reflect how stroke patients oral care is performed in hospital and what kind of resources are needed to improve it. Key words: stroke, aspiration, oral care, nurse.
